restaurant in new york city. accused the host test of racism. they had a huge fight between the hostess and three black female tourists from texas on covid vaccine cards. >> i've been to carmine's. serve great food with very large portions. very sad that black lives matter got involved in this particular case. robberies are going up. rapes, assaults, certainly homicides. black people getting killed by other black people. blm doesn't get involved. in this instance, words are exchanged, something like that, the black patrons attacked the white hostess. because black white opportunity to increase tensions and increase antagonism in this country. here comes blm to stir the racial pot. basically interracial arson. that is what they do. that is highly unfortunate. i wish they stay away from the situations. not make them any worse. create new opportunities for black and white folks to hate each other anymore.

elizabeth: three patrons allegedly assaulted the 24-year-old hostess when she asked for a vaccine card. black lives matter protesters, the three were arrested reportedly after the incident. the attorney said there was a racial slur involved. that is being investigated. but these blm demonstrators are demonstrating against the use of covid vaccine cards as well. they feel they're disproportionately affect black people. your reaction? >> well, that is a very interesting point they raise. this has come up a little bit, probably not as much as it should, the population demographic segment apparently least vaccinated happen to be black people. to the degree you require people to show proof of vaccination, that means a lot of folks can't get into restaurants, bars, concert facilities, happen to be black. people on the left usually call this disparate impact. if you're black, have to show i.d., it is racist. it is not racist to have black

people show vaccine cards. elizabeth: deroy, why protest at the restaurant? protest in city hall. protest in washington, d.c.? why go after a restaurant? it is so offer the wall, mindless thinking who is to blame for things like mandates, right? go ahead. >> well, this, look this is what is so easy about issuing mandates they have, city hall under mayor bolshevik as i call him, it is not up to the nypd, anybody he controls to enforce this particular edict. it is up to the restauranttures, waiters, hosts, hoe tests, et cetera. they are the ones on the front lines who deal with angry customers or diners who don't want to show cards, get upset about it. they have essentially privatized enforcement of this particular fiat. you get the blow back like you saw here at carmine's. another example after sort of a almost, you know, mandate that

is issued with the clause of having to be taken care of by the private sector. >> i want to get to this. fbi director christopher wray said they have seen disturbing up tick of violence against police officers. watch this. >> in just the first eight months of this year, 52 law enforcement officers have been feloniously killed on the job. elizabeth: 52. your reaction? >> you know that is a huge number. we hear from black lives matter and other people, if you listen to them, means a black man i can't walk down the street without aiming their guns at me, sort of like target practice. in fact you have many, many more police officers killed by perpetrators, some of them black, many of them black unfortunately more than black folks unarmed attacked by the police. so much these days, upside down land. story here is one thing. reality is exactly 180 degrees opposite. elizabeth: you're terrific. we'll have you back on again soon.

didn't look like any big deal to me just from watching the video. elizabeth: 's flight rains in order to control the horse as well so that is the issue is well rated so the border patrol ortiz told reporters in texas they saw nothing wrong with us that these low rates the whips to control their horses western to this 20 when your high and illegal border crossings in a migrant camp problem they're going to dial it back down 2000 people moved out. dhs now is monitoring 24500 potential more migrant and into the southern border. when report said they reported 30000 in your comment on that pretty. guest: it just seems to get worse and worse i'm concerned about that more than i am about the sources because this is affecting every texan in the border tremendously as 20 affect the entire nation but with the crime and drugs and the biden administration just cannot seem to get this under control.
6:57 pm
not sure they want to really keep inviting people and they came allowing people to stay in the release that there is really nothing good to talk about in the biden administration has done as a relates to the immigration problem pretty. >> sue and illegal alien crimes are ready quadrupled the school year to date versus last year. by the way border patrol is signing at the difficulty in distinguishing the migrants from human smugglers crossing back and forth in the river in the show the viewers the crimes that we are talking about here drugs possession driving under the influence and assaulted robbery and larceny homicides the present date today many for the first time, the border is not under control in your reaction to that news. guest: tend to reality joe biden come is pretty obvious from the numbers that we are three times more crossings than we had just a year ago and i am not surprised the border chief cannot distinguish between
6:58 pm
smugglers and those embedding bs shows a chaotic place are so many people crossing, it's very confusing. and as the problem, leading to many people crossing are not able, not able to do their jobs and stopping smugglers and fentanyl this is all going to cost lives along with what were going to see with the spread of covid-19 where that is going to head across the country. elizabeth: you and i, we have been talking about this for five years, the evening at it, we decided to cover this and we saw the economic impact on local border towns and cities that was being underreported we got a lot of pushback for doing this story and the media still not covering the story as we think, as it is observed and now you got, just about triple the thing, border budget for the state of texas to nearly $2 billion. is that true predict. guest: yes and was i appreciate and appreciate you covering this, you're one of the few focus on this issue is one of
6:59 pm
the number one interview pulled the texans this would be ranked number one or two because they realize the impact on our state is really costing us a lot of money as we put the money that you talk about, billions of dollars in doing with the federal government should be doing and that they were doing under donald trump at this administration is that no, we don't want to do the things that stopping it, were going to do the things don't work in the things that we saw are done under president obama will void go back to this because we know it didn't work so it looks like, the president trump was try to fix the problem and it looks like the joe biden is doing just the opposite. elizabeth: the numbers that were sing are approaching by the same levels where they were under obama as you just noted, that is interesting because they came down and they can backup pretty final word. guest: we saw one happen under obama and we knew the policies didn't work you really try to stop illegal immigration was on numbers drop dramatically and the president trump the policy stated that no more catch and release, the wall was working
7:00 pm
