submitted a religious exemption which had been approved as a reason for not getting vaccinated so this is violation of her first amendment rights we exercise religion so she has a constitutional claim against hospital for this policy. it's wrong for many other reasons as well aside from the u.s. constitution having to do basic core principles of medical expert. she found a willing kidney donor which means this person is close enough -- not even necessarily the case that this organ would go to another person. kidney donation requires you find not just any old person but presents close enough -- if your body will not reject it. this policy doesn't recognize natural immunity for people who have recovered from covid. ironically in this upside down place the folks the lease most

likely to get covid on the road are people who have had covid, rights of reinfection from natural immunity . kennedy: do we know if this patient did in fact recover from covid? >> that's a good question, i don't know if we know but i also don't know if that's been checked. i don't know if her antibodies been checked. i know antibodies when over time and they checked her t cells to check she had an asymptomatic infection. there is a t cell test to tell you if you've had covid. even after antibodies decline, it doesn't necessarily mean you're immunity or natural immunity after infection declined. let's say for the psaki of argument that she didn't have it. there are requirements to jump through medical hoops but it's not always to do with physically whether or not they are a good
