i've been watching the johnson & johnson discussion the data are sparse as well supporting a booster. on the idea that we need booster shots be what you personally recommend or does it depend on the patient. >> certain groups absolutely do this is based on data my own personal experience seeing covid every day if you have an immunocompromised conditioning a weak immune system you need a booster if you're over the age of 65 and received a pfizer vaccine usually get a booster if you are age 60 - 64 with the compromise medical condition you should get a booster but i'm under the age of 50 am a practicing healthcare worker and i see patients every single day, the recommendation is not for me too get a booster because they can if i want to i got moderna now eight or nine months ago and i'm not gotten a booster because the data has not swayed me this very difficult messaging around this, the key message we have

there's so much money floating around the people affected them money to scrape by and pay rent the big landlords are reporting and collecting 95%, i think the rental story is a big one i do worry about the mom-and-pop landlords who have people that are not paying the rent because they do not have to when they were self-employed i think you will see more shakeout with the mom-and-pop landlords that have been struggling but the foreclosure story that the bullet, some of the foreclosure are more robust. neil: great catching up with you, mr. shaw following all of that, were monitoring the president with his bow back better plan, if you pass that you are off to the races, many others excited. ♪ ♪
