to build a wall on their property. elizabeth: is so sure if you hear that they're donating their land that is how mad they are. will that happen in arizona and the other border states? what is going on with those states? >> is going to be a little bit different, liz. texas is primarily private property. after the majority the land along the border, there's a lot of private limber for example what comes into my county is an indian reservation for they will never be able to get that land. a lot of obey state trust land or blm land the state control. you're probably not going to see that here in arizona. but kudos to texas for doing it. but what is a shame texas has to spend their money to do with the federal government should have done. elizabeth: we hear you loud and clear border apprehensions exceeded 100,000 every month since i buy that is ten straight months. this is an administration and its phenomenon. the border states are saying we've got to take matters into our own hands for the federal government is saying wait a
