trump and joe biden could have provided high-tech armor to the ukrainians so they could fight back what they want to pay for themselves, they had the weapons to fight and inflict pain on russia, russia might think twice what they are going to do but joe biden didn't provide a weapon, maybe if the weapons in afghanistan, if we had taken us and given them to the ukrainians, maybe they would have a shot at winning the war in the coming days. guy: i think we can agree the number one culprit is putin, how much criticism of president biden and the administration is fair and wanted at this stage? >> i think any criticism of any leader is fair especially since we don't exactly know where putin is going and we don't know how president biden and the administration is truly going to react. what you said in the interview, if we basically had the game plan going and basically what putin would do and why and how

and what would be the argument to not impose sanctions earlier? sanctions, to put them into place, they don't happen overnight, the impact isn't felt overnight so if we had done this in days or weeks ago perhaps putin would be in a weakened position right now to give that each today and move in the way he has. i'm not entirely sure we want to get too involved, it depends on what the plan is and right now i don't think there is a coherent plan and i think that is why you are hearing different comments i seem to conflict with each other from this administration. guy: will leave it for their now, more later on in the program. the panel will stick around because up next, an american trucker convoy reportedly heading to d.c. just in time for president biden's date of the union address. we see the same reaction we saw in canada later the fight to reclaim will getting started.

movement. the fact that we haven't had debate, there is lack of signs, we still have vaccine mandates and mask mandate and i think there's a level of restoration and a lot of people have lost their voice in pushing back whether on twitter or facebook speak their mind starts away people can be heard and as long as peaceful and sounds like it will be, i think d.c. should allow the protests and rallies to take place. let the truckers be heard. guy: marie, i read a report the truckers were not planning to come in d.c., they were just circle around the city on the beltway, have we found one way to make traffic even worse? we have. the reason why trudeau and other leaders in here in the u.s. democrats are not happy with the prospect of having to deal with our own freedom convoy is momentum is on the side of the people pushing back. it took a long time unfortunately for us to get back but they fear losing the ability to control folks with these policies they want to tell us over and over and everything to do with science. no, it doesn't. with respect, but we still have in this country depending on where you are, you have vaccine mandates as a condition of employment so here in washington date you cannot work for the state at all if you are not vaccinated and i think it's clearly a policy that has failed, we've seen significant increase in public cases since we've installed this and i think it is the wrong approach to take to force somebody into a medical decision that might make sense to most of us but not necessarily to them or they simply don't want to tell you their private medical decision there's plenty pushback.

cautionary tale for wake-up call for the locust elements of your party? >> sure, i think the school board in san francisco clearly lost sight of what voters care about and the results speak for themselves when it came to the recall but in general, i think it is a hard to buy -- time to be on the school board right now. i can't imagine if my dad had gone to school board meetings and had violent threats against him, for example and there are parents who have children immunocompromised thing wait a second, i get this but what is mikan supposed to do? this heated polarized rhetoric is not helpful protecting those students so i think a lot of the school board rhetoric right now is way out of bounds and way off track and i do think they need to be responsive and listen to parents and parents have the responsibility to not be jerks either.

back now with more of tonight's big breaking story, vladimir putin ordered so-called peacekeeping troops into ukraine. military experts claim is the first sign putin is planning larger scale operations i could get buddy. russian military has troops, tanks, rockets, this is, helicopters and ships, you name it at the ready to attack if and when they get the order. so far the white house hasn't announced military plans to stop russia but they have promised severe economic sanctions. the administration is helping diplomacy might solve the crisis.
