his term offensive this time visiting wounded kids and elderly in a hospital in kyiv a day after he urged our president biden to enact a no-fly zone over his war-torn nation and on the same day he begged german to do more. we'll have more in a little bit the refugee crisis continues to deteriorate 3 million ukrainians have now left their home and many more are trapped and terrified with no way out. doctors and aid workers from around the globe are doing what they can to get there and help. joining me tonight from lviv is medical director and fox news contribute, doctor jeanette nash what is live in ukraine, what are you seen? >> we are seeing everything. thousands of refugees off the train every single day and they need food and shelter and medical care, everything from hungry babies to heart attacks,

fractures, lacerations, infected wounds and we are blessed we are able to give them basic care they need so they can be well enough to move on whether poland or germany or any other country willing to take them in to flee from the possibility of death and farming and destruction in their homes which is unfathomable. kennedy: i know lviv is further west, are you in harms way? have you heard any sound or scenic sites of war other than refugees telling their stories where you are? >> yes, an hour or so ago, the sirens went off, that happened yesterday while taking care of patients so we had to go underground. it was scary, surreal but we have the shelter in underground safety we can go to when we hear sirens and alarms. no actual attacks here, we have 30, 40 kilometers away but we are taking safety precautions

and not letting our guard down at all but most of the patients i am seen are coming from kyiv, sumit and making their way here. some of my patients even told me one of the most difficult things for their journey is they are trained being attacked whilst trying to flee, i can't imagine running from home trying to avoid death and destruction and being attacked while doing so, it's unbelievable. we want to provide as much support as possible for the refugees and ukrainians try to get them where they need to be in a safe manner. kennedy: how intense is the medical facility you are asked? what kind of services can you provide i know it's a mobile unit but are you able to perform operations? what happens if you have someone come off the train who needs medical help beyond what your

team is capable of administering right now? >> here at that emergency hospital field is phenomenal, incredible facility incredible surgeons and doctors and nurses where i work is the mobile medical unit at the train station because i'm an urgent care dr. urgent needs we can try our best to take care of them but today i had a patient, her wrist is completely deformed it was clear, i did need an x-ray, it's clear it's broken, fractured so i had her come to the emergency hospital to be evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon, have an x-ray determine if she needs surgery or put her in a splint some things we can manage because we do have doctors and specialists but if it's something that requires hospitalization, we can send them to nearby hospitals and

pray for their recovery. kennedy: absolutely and we all are, we want you to stay safe. is it worse than you thought? >> it is here, it's chaotic, stressful, the anxiety is hi, a lot of tears and crying, a lot of high blood pressure and high heart rates, people coming without their medication, sick and weak and dehydrated from suffering from hypothermia, a lot going on but one thing i can see firsthand how inspiring ukrainian people are, they are courageous people, fighters and i hope they continue with that and i hope the u.s. continues to support them, it's critical we continue providing them support they need to get through this. kennedy: yes so they can heal and i hope peace comes soon so they can do that with sovereignty intact.

to each country. not only did he invoke world war ii slogan when he was addressing germany but also invoked 9/11, he invoked pearl harbor, martin luther king speech as well when he addressed the u.s. congress so he's very effective in that but the truth is, adolf hitler and joseph stalin are not in this conflict. this is an entirely different moment in time and putin and zelenskyy do not fit into the world war ii model. i can see what president zelenskyy is doing and i respect him and appreciate what he's doing, protecting his country and people but the truth is if the u.s. will use military solutions to address humanitarian problems, i think it will only make it worse, only inflamed humanitarian problem. that's why we need to replace bomb sellers with diplomats and make a peace deal. kennedy: i do agree the united

states will send money, the bottom lines and flip them. we need to send more in humanitarian aid and less in weapons call me crazy but i've been looking at this cabin, the germans are still very much accepting russian energy. yes, the canceled the nord stream two pipeline but they are still taking and russian oil and gas so they have a greater responsibility, why is everyone leaning on the u.s.? >> you are right and of course russia is in germany's backyard. i think one of the important things to come out of this invasion, putin's invasion of ukraine is germany is starting to get their act together when it comes to its own defense. not only increasing percentage of money spent on defense gdp but buying warships or military provisions and hopefully they step up support among this

they are offering and what they can do to bring peace? >> i completely understand where he's coming from, trying to pull out all the stops and make appeals to advocate for his people in his country but what we have to understand is americans responsibility to america first germany is responsible to the german people so when zelenskyy asks for things that are fundamentally unreasonable or endanger us like a no-fly zone ukraine which would literally require us to shoot down russian planes and potentially enter a hot war with a nuclear power, he can appeal all he wants but he needs to get a heart no in response. he said income is not as important as peace. it's easy to say this but a lot of this is interlinked and he's already at war with russia but we don't want to be and can't be so while i have every sympathy in the world for him, we can't grant all the requests he's making. kennedy: now because i can make us and the world much less safe. believe it or not, it feels like when you are under season, in

lower judge giving injunction soon from lower court even if they agree gives them the authority, they would have to agree it violates nondelegation clause, we can't give that much lawmaking authority to the cdc so we haven't. kennedy: we can have a supreme court imposing chevron -- that allows the alphabet agencies to run our lives. we are going to share ways and version, two of the major airlines in the uk getting rid of their mask mandate. in london we went around three days and did not wear a mask we had people who want to ms and immunocompromised, comorbidities, that's fine, protect yourself and get a mask and keep yourself safe. for everyone else especially little tiny kids who need to say see faces and others who don't

corporations can stand up and have humanity, a group of pilots so they don't have to be on these long flights because it's optimizing their performance and their safety as well so what will it take? you think injunction from a lower court will be enough for will have to make its way to the supreme court? >> i think we will cap injunction at the lower courts, multiple lawsuits. i think iris has the most visibility but the private from jetblue are suing from a ken paxton and texans are suing over this and i hear a lawsuit about to be filed in florida. one of us is going to win the lawsuit and to stop the mask mandate because the cdc isn't going to do it willingly. kennedy: so what's better,
