they won't be part of that so what are they saying? >> that interesting about going in to this, there are a bunch of people up for reelection who have made votes that are difficult in arizona, montana, west virginia that are going to face tough elections november and that's why the democrats don't want to get into what her judicial philosophy is or her extreme views are because i could go poorly for their reelection i can't wait, people facing a lifetime appointment, i don't care if you're republican or democrat or think you share someone's judicial philosophy, you have to press them and asked the right questions these nominees are forced to answer. a lot of times the senators do a bad job repeating other people's questions, they don't coordinate with one another and they ask yes or no questions are ones
