fought against russians who fought with russians, you know their army pretty well and you know their systems, what is most egregious that's gone wrong in your estimation? >> everything is gone exactly the way it predictably what in the russian army, utter disdain, their ncos are incapable of exercising initiatives, penalized if they do so it's easier to do nothing and this is the end result of top-down leadership. this is most nato, certainly the u.s. army's nco driven, before i was commissioned i was co and got to do stuff. then i got commissioned. in the u.s. army we empower nco because as you can see communication breaks down, they are on the ukrainian 4g during command and control, that's not
