cdc is a mere image of what the teachers union e-mailed the cdc including counsel henrique watts, director of the cdc preparedness and response along with the supervision of counsel from the biden administration and told lawmakers this coordination between the cdc and teachers unit was not normal. here's the exchange, republican counsel asked him, is it uncommon for outside groups to draft migrants to the cdc? he says it uncommon. the council asked, is it uncommon for line by line edits or additions? he says fact correct. the council follows up, if an outside group goes line by line edit, you think it's appropriate to accept it? doctor said it would be uncommon to incorporate line by line edits into our guidance but that

involved here including a number of different groups that have become increasingly controversial. such a school board groups obviously later on calling for parents to be identified and perhaps investigated as domestic terrorists for the pushback we were making not just amid school closings or other issues within our education systems as well. the biggest stakeholder in any child's life is apparent if there's no other person should supersede them and i know you not and i know that and everybody knows that except leadership class in washington which believes they ought to be able to make these decisions and the likes of randi weingarten dictating what comes out of the cdc. it's anti- science, not responsible approach to public health and will only diminish the stakes we have in those institutions and leaders the next time they come to say

something. are they speaking to us? based on the size and what they know about public health or just saying that things teachers units want them to say? kennedy: massive erosion of trust on this issue and covid but especially with parents, they don't trust the government or the scoreboards and they certainly don't trust the teachers units and on for democrat were hoping this all think would be a back burner issue considering ukraine and inflation but is still simmering with parents? are they looking at this, think about the moms who had to leave the workforce, think about businesses that had to close because of parents providing childcare because schools were closed and think about the kids on their own subject to physical abuse and didn't have a parent in the house because they had to go to work. all of this still a big issue for parents in 2022 and 2024? >> a huge issue and huge issue in part because so much of the

corrupt media told us if you only elect joe biden, you will end the division in america and things will go back to normal, we won't have this kind of existence, it turns out what we are living through now is a period of only increased division, division not just between each other on political ideology and the like but also between those who believe they have the power as the elite, the expert class to determine what can go on in this country and the american voter who feels frustrated and powerless and has to resort to going and making us think in front of walmart and tried to call on the federal government to wield their powers against them, this is not an issue going away, it division that i think is heartening it is going to be negative i think in the coming elections for those who took the side of the expert class and so-called stakeholders

are things like inflation that affects every american out there. kennedy: that will be the duty, the big one but i want to quote the congresswoman, she said this is the collapse of support among young people, the democrat base, they worked overtime to get this president elected and aren't necessarily being seen. they are not being seen because the president and nancy pelosi are blind. they literally can't see people. that's why they are not being seen, led by an army of geriatrics. [laughter] >> the leaders of my party are on the older scale no question but young people are super important, i want the biggest possible running aoc candidate in west virginia in southern florida and parts of the rural midwest is not the answer, i want a party reflective of the communities in which we are running it, we got strong candidate we have to defend in

front line districts. folks across the board running a tough race because of redistricting and changing demographics and we need a message that resonates in those communities surrounding aoc is not the right answer, joe manchin represent the state pretty effectively so it's an, upon democrats in the right races who speak to the issues americans are concerned about. kennedy: aoc and joe manchin love each other. they are not from the same party. >> they are going to set off on that boat sometime. kennedy: that is so hot so sean, what if the democrat party told the progressive? >> it seems like they do every day and there's no consequences, aoc might talk a big game they have no reason to fear her because they know she and the squad were cape to anything

on how things are going in ukraine. kennedy: how poorly are they going and do you by the idea that all they wanted was natural gas reserves in the east? the whole thing about kyiv was a ruse? >> no, if you look at the way they had their best paratroopers and motorized units, seven generals died, 15000 died, russian elders, they wanted to take kyiv, a system for selecting a puppet regime in ukraine and thought everyone would come flock -- [laughter] with the teachers at the southern border, one failure after another both on putin's perspective and unfortunately in the biden foreign policy world. he's been wrong on every foreign policy issue for the last four decades. kennedy: i was thinking about that today, the reason president obama picked him as his vp nominee was because of the foreign policies, he really has

screwed up so much in a short time as 46 president but if you go back to the obama administration and the missteps he made there, going back to the second persian gulf war and how he was pushing everyone in his party to vote for it and that was a losing opposition so his instincts have always failed him and you pointed out 40% approval rating, president zelenskyy has 76% approval rating in the united states, you think he will run and 2024? [laughter] >> he would make a better choice than joe biden. my opponent loves joe biden one 100% voting record and that's why i am running for congress, we've got to have a backstop against this administration and make sure russia is not victorious in ukraine.

told you focus exclusively on foreign threats, foreign terrace organizations and never look at a u.s. person until more recently with this administration or they say the greatest threat facing america, it's not russia or china, it white supremacy, domestic violent extremists. therefore we got to take this incredible power turn it on u.s. citizens who essentially are nothing but political opponents so what they did is simple, they said we can't collect intelligence but we can receive intelligent so we will start receiving intelligence into the intelligence community. it should never happen the fact this president wants it to happen should enrage every american and we are simply trying to stop that. kennedy: that was a massive shift, basically taking surveillance apparatus in place before 9/11 but given massive

amounts of steroids after 9/11 obviously with the patriot act but then you have the cia and fbi and nsa and post office spying on americans and congress has occasionally tried to roll things back and occasionally try to rewrite sections of the patriot act but these agencies were still able to do an awful lot of unwarranted spying on americans through a number of loopholes and now instead of fixing that, the biden administration basically says if you have any trump voters who are pro- second amendment, they are probably private domestic terrorists biggest threat so now we can spy on them. guess who else, then dominic touched on at the beginning of the show, parents and school board meetings so instead of bringing the power and, they are turning it on the most
