genocide leaving bodies out there for the public to see and countless stories and bucha is just one small example from the humanitarian perspective, our group and others we continue to reach out to populations surrounded and occupied by russian forces and other aircraft under their control trying to bring lifesaving humanitarian and the problem with this russian troop withdrawal from areas like kyiv, they are trying to conquer efforts to have folder control so we will see this in places like mariupol and we will see russians digging and harder to hold terrain, it's going to get worse for civilians, food and water in many cases, one of our lines of effort right now for humanitarian efforts isn't area called cyber reject, an area where russians are seizing humanitarian cargo, seized 14

tons of food and medicine intended for local residents, russian troops are using this for their own supplies not distributed to residents most in need and it's so tough, the witnesses at this level because it will be harder and harder for airgas bombarded for weeks by russian artillery and civilians are being abducted and journalists tortured and we continue to see humanitarian crisis. kennedy: that is happening in 2022, hard to believe but we are seeing it with our own eyes and people like brett, by the way, rescuing americans and other civilians and ukraine without weapons. it is phenomenal work and we did a long podcast you can hear on kennedy saves the world. appreciate it. >> appreciate you sharing these stories. kennedy: two-time presidential loser, hillary clinton trying to stay relevant and potentially gearing up for another failed run. she says she knows exactly what to do to hurt putin.

convention. wisconsin just past that a few weeks ago so they are the newest one. a number of other states are also considering legislation. kennedy: but the numbers are outstanding from 82% of republicans, 78% of independents. you put out that this is the rarest bipartisan issue and its people forget about it, what is it about what's happening right now giving this more traction than past go around? >> donald trump popularized the term drain the swamp and it's gotten worse. people who have been there for decades no longer in congress the more power you got. it's hard to unseat incumbent it's about five times as much money. eighty-five -- 95% of their dollars to incumbent so it's

very difficult to get them out. when you think about term limits, president term limits governor's term limits, the numbers around the country, i don't think it's a big reach to say we should do the same. kennedy: would you ever run for congress? >> i don't think i would ever run for congress. i like what i am doing now and i think most of the great work can be done at the local and state level and i think going forward we will need that, i'm a believer in federalism and i would like to see many of our states step up and push back against the federal government and the overreach we are seeing. kennedy: and you have pointed out the constitution was designed to have citizen legislators. as you have pointed out, a ruling poetical last so how long will it take to get congress to

act? >> i think the faster this effort goes, the better and the more we can accelerate but i believe once congress realizes they are serious about this and more states sign on, i think congress may do it themselves because they have control of the process. kennedy: pointed out expecting congress to help term limits is like trusting children to enact their own bedtime. 2:00 a.m. is good.
