instead of acknowledging the truth that any sensible person can seek this violent criminal should not have been out on the street, they are defending and doubling down. kennedy: baddest thing, there are nonviolent offenders who should never step foot in a jail. there are people equipment consensual acts, not even crimes and those people are thrown in jail by people like kamala harris, they have criminal justice reform so backward in one of the reasons they are destroying the good state of california because when they make decisions like this and create layers of bureaucracy, you are right, no one has to take accountability because you can just show the finer parts of the law and recommendations and no one has to stand up to say i screwed up, i should not let this guy out, clearly we were given direction and we violated

that so now what? >> the further thing i would say is that every time i've had candidate for attorney general on the show, republican candidate, i say the truth is as you were alluding to, the idea for criminal justice reform started in a good place to safeguard -- there are too many people in jail who shouldn't be for nonviolent crimes but it's gone too far in the other direction one extreme to another and now you've got this manic ideological deal. basically having no one in jail regardless of the circumstances, best the ideology pushed across california and company after county funded by george soros. kennedy: is clumsy and dangerous and the das in power therefrom gastown, they need to get thrown out because they are making a mockery of freedom.
