elizabeth: joining is now brandon enjoyed it. is the president of the national border patrol council for this or this disturbing and upsetting news about the biden border collapse in texas national guard is reporting a guardsmen potentially drowned in the river eagle pass texas. he jumped in the water to rescue migrants from the river. what is your reaction to the story? >> i'm extremely upset. if you look at del rio, on the slow sectors on the entire southwest border prior to president biden it has been his policy to allow criminal courts don't take people to del rio that individual i'm sorry the person is cross the board illegally would not have been in the river at that time for that national guard was to potentially drowned if it was not for this president's policies. this tragedy must be laid at the feet of president biden and his open border policy. >> the other thing too is, remember on the campaign trail then candidate biden said literally he said literally told

illegals to quote surge of the border, remember that? >> yes, i do. everything he has done since that time has been clearly to invite more people to cross our borders illegally. that is all we had the exposure we are seeing today. we have never dealt with the situation on the border and the history of the border patrol like what we are dealing with today. it's strictly driven by policy. this administration wanted to close the border they could do it they know what the solutions are. they just refuse to do it because they are pandering to the far left base. elizabeth: the story coming relearning isis filed a request for the handyman accused of killing a mother in queens, new york. david was living here illegally for 20 years. he is from mexico. reports they've been having an affair so he is the suspect, your take on this story? >> again we see it time and time again. people are here in this country illegally baked continue for violence against united states

citizens in this administration is not stepping to the plate to do something to stem that flow unless we do something about it, more citizens are going to continue to be harmed we were talked about illegal immigration, not legal immigration, illegal immigration. elizabeth: and border security now i current going to ask theo's is privately telling members of congress he is worried, he is concerned with the biden ministration handling of its plans to lift title 42 on may 23. what you think he is chiefly concerned about? >> i know secretary mayorkas is a very important individual. you cannot disagree with his intelligence he knows the crisis we are currently facing is going to increase exponentially after may 23 and title 42 though he does not see that happen because how he knows how bad is going to hurt the democrats in the midterm is a democrat is always going to tow the democrat line but he also understands how bad this is going to be for that

party in the midterms. elizabeth: what was on texas governor abbott seat sent a bus into washington d.c.'s really digging in his heels against the white house. the white house is talking about moving border patrol officers in the northern border with canada to the southern border. but you know, governor abbott is really trying to raise the bar on the national attention span at what is happening at the border with now ten busloads of migrants of illegal immigrants going into d.c. your take on this one? >> i'm grateful governor abbott is sending this people to washington d.c. but forces the mainstream media to cover this issue they don't have a choice right now. you have always been bring attention to this issue there are a lot of other people on the right but not mainstream that brings it to the attention of the american public now the mainstream media must address it. when you look at them talk about robbing peter to pay paul all

they are talking about is destabilizing the northern border there is a reason we have the number of agents we have in the northern border. it's just a couple of months ago people from the country of india across the board illegally and lost their lives in the snow we would not have known they were there except they got separated and they called 911. you cannot destabilize one area and expect to control another area. and by the way 600 agent is a drop in the book bucket. we sixes the northern border going to become an issue now? >> it absolutely absolutely is there's a reason congress has insured have 70 agents up on the northern border but you cannot take agents away from a one border and send them to another board and expect going to be hunky-dory. all it is, putting a mask on a serious problem rather than addressing the actual causes that are the catch and release a program. they must get rid of that magnet this administration. elizabeth: to be have enough agents at the northern border? it is pretty big. >> note not when you take out
