good to see you. this supreme court fight, right? it is now hearing arguments about this public high school teacher, a former high school teachers right? he is from washington state. he is suing for the right to kneel and pray at mid field an, on the field after his high school football games. where do you come down on this? this is really, it's a free speech fight and runs right up against the separation of church and state. >> right. yeah. very important case, matching the free exercise of religion and free speech as you say. prayer is a form of speech, obviously it is the free exercise of religion. and that needs to be protected. i think the supreme court is very likely to protect coach kennedy's right to engage in private prayer as long as there is no coercion. that is the key. no coercion of anyone, certainly of the players involved. and while there are different factual iterations got a little complex and messy as cases sometimes do, the real court

talk about now every single city is a borderty because they're seeing such a spike -- city because they're seeing such a spike in the number of fentanyl recoveries and overdoes that we're seeing. so i'm sorry, this is a dereliction of duty of the united states president. elizabeth: well, he's not upholding article ii of the constitution. if to defend and protect and uphold the laws of this country. >> yeah. elizabeth: these illegal border crossers, if they don't pay the ransom money, they're often dragooned into becoming drug smugglers or human traffickers themselves. and you talk about crimes on this side of the border, san francisco bay area, congressman, they just busted a fentanyl factory. more than 90 pounds of fentanyl going through oakland and hay worth. one kill lo gam is enough to kill half a million people. about seven in ten drug deaths in san francisco is on fentanyl. that's just one example about fentanyl is plowing through the

cities across the nation. >> yeah. and, liz, you know, if you looked at such an overi abundance of fentanyl deaths occurring in our country, and 90 pounds is about 40 kilograms which it's an unbelievable amount which could kill every american in this country. but if you look at what the supply is doing and these crazy lockdowns that were done which leads to depression and suicide and substance abuse, again, complicit in the death of americans. elizabeth: but we also is have this new poll by the national sheriffs' association, it shows both democrats, democrats and republican americans, overwhelmingly say the white house, government, they've got to do more to screen out potentially dangerous illegal immigrants at the border. and they say local communities at the border deserve to have veto power over what's going on. what do you say to that? that's an interesting finding. >> i love that. i love that. they're the ones who are most affected. they're the ones who are on the front line. they're the ones who can't get

into hospitals because of the flow of immigrants who have come into hospitals. and, yes, they should have that type of power. but this president honestly doesn't care. i just, you know, we had the border czar -- well, not the board or czar, but the secretary of homeland come in and say, hey, what is going on? what is the goal here? there is no goal. there is no leadership from the top. and, again, this is a nation in crisis because of what he's done. elizabeth: so dhs homeland security mayorkas is going to testify this week. what would you ask him? >> i'd ask him, what is your goal? why are you doing this to our country? we asked him the other day, and he just danced around it, wouldn't get to it. what they're doing right now, honestly, to this nation's southern border and really every city in the heartland is unconscionable -- elizabeth: should he step down? >> what's that? should he step down? well, you know, it's interesting, he spoke a good game saying i'm really trying to do this, but his actions speak otherwise. but, you know, the problem is it's the guy at the top that's
