honestly and i don't mean to sound extreme here but i mean it from the bottom of my heart. this president should resign. certainly mayorkas should reside, secretary mayorkas'. certainly merit garland should resign. none of them are following what our institutions, our constitution, our government what law is about in the rule of law is about. what were doing is completely breaking our very fabric. this is scary stuff. went to lose the strength of america if we don't maintain the law over 50 individuals we found her on the terror watch list. elizabeth: were going to get into that later it's actually more per year to date is now 192 terrace caught on the watchlist. that is more than all of last fiscal year combined were going to get to senator johnson later in the show.

bright what your reaction to the report you just heard? >> oil industry's head must be spinning from the contradictory messaging you're getting from this administration. saying we need more oil but canceling that pipeline comic canceling lead to sales on federal lands and federal water in asking for producers who produce oil dirtier than the united states to supply more. this is just not a clear present policy buried the reality is we can't have both. we can have a green agenda that unleashes competition and free enterprise attempt unleashes more oil and gas and displaces dirtier foreign soils. we can have more nuclear power all these things can work in harmony but the administration needs to have a clear present agenda that opens access to our abundance of natural resources rather than shutting it down and asking for oil from foreign sources. elizabeth: but neck of the white house democrats have really been ripping into u.s. oil for not producing more gas.

commitment to that which everyone knows that gas is cleaner. u.s. oil is cleaner for just do that instead of going to dirty oil in venezuela or russia. here's the thing the other thing going on exxon mobil really hammering president biden for his erroneous claim that oil producers are not increasing production to lower gas. exxon is saying we have already invested double what we have earned over the last five years into global oil production. the white house should just get out of the way. >> that is exactly right. and it makes it hard to invest in the future when you are being hammered by regulations at the sec when you cannot explore on federal lands and flutter waters. we cannot build pipelines to deliver the oil to the refineries. it makes it more challenging to expand that refining capacity. all of these things the energy industry wants to do to bring down the price of energy for american families and businesses and they are being stunted.
