trading in a place where it should be, cash should be about 3.50 and it's 4.5 to the something said about what he's asking for them to do but he has to show urgency everyday. he needs to get out of to the country, he needs to go to the places where people are hurting, show them he cares about them and talk about what he's going to do to make their lives better and that will help other democrats but all this sniping back-and-forth, democrats do that way too much in the midterm, it's why they lose midterms and why they will lose it now. they need to work with the president to move an agenda forward and not sniping among themselves, a bad strategy for democrats and won't help. kennedy: maybe they have to change their agenda. maybe what they need to do is look at everything they've been doing and just do the opposite. >> if the problem is inflation and the only tool the democrats have for every problem is throw

people move for warmer weather, it's cheaper to live there but not as fun either. kennedy: on average, states, red states added 3,150,000 jobs since the pandemic and blue states are 1.4 million job loss, still very much trying to recover and chris can shellac new york all he wants, chris holland that is, it's a difficult place to live with high taxes and high crime. that's not a hospitable environment for individuals or businesses and we seen a lot of businesses like citadel, caterpillar moving away from places like illinois in two places like texas. >> what to the state have in common that are succeeding the post pandemic economy? these are states where there governors didn't intentionally destroy their economy, bankrupt

earlier, minority report was supposed to be a warning, not a documentary but apparently social scientists thought it sounded like a great idea to critics when people could potentially do crime doing away with things like due process or waiting for someone to commit a crime before punishing them for it so i think the easier question is what could go right? which is almost nothing, i don't see how this goes right. kennedy: yes because the idea is you predict crime before it happens, then you predict criminal behavior so you are targeting future criminals and punishing them before they've committed a crime with the system that we have, that is incredibly problematic. they tried this in chicago 2012 -- 2019 and it failed spectacularly. >> it was something like only 13% of the people they were targeting actually were tied to

officers state level and federal level, trained officers who should know it's an active shooter incident, you don't wait 80 minutes while kids are calling 911 over and over, you have to go in so going forward for law enforcement, training, training, training, they were trained two months ago, it was not enough? those who don't have a judgment to stand high-pressure situations? are they not training with agencies together so people know who's in charge? we have to make sure the department state-funded in both for the training and quality officers and also have the right tactical equipment because even though these are incredibly rare, when they do happen you have to be ready and it matters more than anything else in the world and to gather information before hand about shooters fantasizing online about these kinds of events and follow-up. kennedy: yeah that's -- good
