allly curious set of hosts. no of course no the anyone would listen to that. they made up their minds. i'm going to basically be told to sit there and be screamed at for 15 minutes and no one could blame him for wanting to go on. again i think it would be really great tv. elizabeth: now they're saying he only talks to conservative media. eddie that is not true. he has up to two to four pressers a week, where he takes questions from all reporters from across the spectrum. you see what i mean? even dishonest takes on his saying no to going on "the view"? >> right. he also, most of those pressers is doing with local media, they're the ones who have vested interest in the governor of florida. that is who he should be talking to but i think when time comes he will be a little bit more out there i suspect for strong 2024 reasons. elizabeth: to your point, when you of the same opinion, right, you're all standing in the same amen corner agreeing with each

other, this show, we've done both sides. fox news does both sides. when you're agreeing with each other, reinforcing your opinions you start to go of out off the rails, start to get emotional. not think about the facts you become so unhinged, right, you lose the context, you lose the information that the viewer may think well, that is really interesting. maybe that makes common sense. maybe we should do it that way, your final word. >> i don't know of anyone who would call the women of "the view" emotional i'm glad you did. it used to be a worthwhile show. i enjoyed watching "the view" when they had more diversity of opinion. that is no longer the case. now people screaming, talking how much they hate republicans. anyone mo would think going on that show or declined going on that show you could understand it. elizabeth: eddie scarry, come back soon. good to see you. >> good to see you. elizabeth: more and more parents are saying enough is enough with the toxic school agendas which are hurting children.

liz: welcome back to the show for panters defending education, nicole neilly is the founder there. great to see you, nicole. >> thanks for having me. liz: let's look at this first, a single mom is now hailed and applauded as now common sense hero taking on toxic school agendas. watch gabrielle clark at a texas house education meeting and slamming what's going on in schools, watch. >> if my daughter has crp at all, i will sue you. if my daughter is taught fdl at all, i will sue you. i am encouraging every parent i know to sue you. every teacher and principal,

every system and everybody up the chain because we're tired of y'all. i'm an atheist, bisexual person. i don't want my child to be taught that because she's black and a woman she's not going to make it. i don't want my child to be taught that she needs to express herself sexually in her classroom. i swear to you, i promise you i will turn it into the biggest lawsuit. liz: your reaction, that's powerful stuff and probably the strongest reaction we've seen out of a mom. she's a single mom, she's homeless and she said enough. she's got two children, a daughter and a son. she's really scared and upset with what they're telling her what they're hearing and learning in schools. >> gabby is a fareless trail blazer and given courage to

people across the country with that statement and lawsuit she filed last year on behalf of her son in nevada. what we've seen over the past two years is that parents are suddenly realizing they have rights too, which is not what we're being told from our school boards and not what we're being told from the department of education, but we do have rights and they're enshrined in the constitution and parents realize they can fight back. liz: what are those constitutional rights? >> well, we as panters have the right to raise our children, to direct the upbringing of our children and that's been enshrined in the federal courts for the past 100 years and schools overreaching and trying to keep secrets from parents and undermine our authority is appalling and there's a lot of lawsuits now. there's districts violating student's rights under the first amendment and violation of title 6 and title 9 left and right. gabby is right and there's gallon that blake grupe a lot of lawsuits and a lot of districts violating those students rights. >> liz: gabby clark filed in

2020 in nevada saying, you know what, i don't want my son taught the oppressor, oppress narrative and said this violated his constitutional free speech and due process rights. she decided to move to texas to save her daughter from the indoctrination and idology. racism is poison and toxic and should never happen again. we need to learn and study the history of it to stop it. i think that's her point. >> absolutely. i think what her case shows is that parents are not safe anymore, even if you live in a red state, a conservative area, or send your child to a private school, these problems are everywhere. it brings to mind the phrase the price of liberty is eternal vigilance and people node to what's going on and push for anxiouses and file a public regard request because you deserve to know. liz: kids have anxiety and get scared and feel guilty and saying my kids are coming home and scared and upset. nicole, your group is suing a school district in iowa over

gender pollicis. what's going on there? >> sure. the linn mar community school district in marion, iowa, codified a policy where it's their transgender policy where students of any age can create a gender support plan and be punished for mis-gendering one of their classmates subject to punishment up to and including suspension and expulsion but beginning in seventh grade on, the district will not tell parents, they'll deliberately exclude parents from this information if their child decides to change their gender identity and puts that information in a temporary file. even if a parent pulls their ki- liz: who do they think they are? >> yeah, it's appalling and the federal court system is not going to like what they're doing. liz: gabrielle clark said children must be taught in age appropriate subject manner and

putting mature subjects to children that aren't ready for it. they need to have stuff they're taught and debated and not the stuff you learn about in college when you're mature. for example, you know, when teaching children anatomy, don't bring a cadaver into a third grade classroom. that's what gabby clark is saying. you're not going to do that so why are they doing this to children? why? >> right. i mean, it's obvious that many of these administrators are dermatorip our children's innocence away from them. it's appalling and i think that's why we're seeing so many parents rise up in anger. we want our children to learn the basic, we want our children to learn how to read and write and do math. our children's achievement levels and proficiency rates at school were abysmal and now after two years of virtual learning they've fallen off a cliff and schools are spending the fine amounts of time they have on social justice subjects instead of teaching our students how to read and write. liz: it feels like bullies and
