final word. >> yeah, i think there are -- a lot of people have an agenda but unfortunately for them, panters though what's going on and they're not giving up and not going to let down their guard ever again. liz: nicole kneelly, come back con. thank you so much for watching. we hope you have a good evening and join us again tomorrow night. kennedy: well, tuesday's primaries were a doozie. welcome to hump night. progressive squad harpies they clenched democratic primaries and trump backed republicans won big in key races proving his sway over the gop still very strong and president trump riding on truth social "big historic wins for trump-endorsed candidates and 15-0 in primaries and perfect records in the primaries. congratulations to our maga

candidates". he's not wrong. two big matchups in michigan breaking his way, tudor dixon, she will face incumbent democratic governor gretchen whitmer in the fall and house candidate john gibbs defeating peter meijer and voting to impeach trump after the january 6 riot. is america ready for a return to the right or trump's version of it this november. get into it. tonight's man panel washington examiner and senior political columnist and resident fellow and our fellow tonight, tim kearney is back. democrat strategist and former biden campaign surrogate, yeah, you know what, frank seizure sis old blue eyes and kevin is young blue eyes. >> he's got a smile that can light up the style and georgia libtorial candidate gait and host of the podcast shane hazel.
7:02 pm
welcome back, everyone. >> thank you. kennedy: what a strange night, tim kearney. what does it say about the state of the republican party and the former president's sway over it? >> well, i think guys like -- i'm not a big meijer, however you pronounce the grocery store guy in michigan. i'm not a huge fan because he tried to beat justin amash, who's my favorite congressman. kennedy: amash retired. >> yeah, but meijer tried to beat him before he retired. kennedy: that's politics, man. >> the point is gibb wons because he was more pro trump and means he was believing and pushing the conspiracy theories of battle election 2000 and all crazy conspiracy theories and they're a party of conspiracy theories and policies and limited government and all these other things that actually
7:03 pm
matter get replaced by do you stand by this crazy man, donald trump, and do you stand by his crazy conspiracy theories and that's bad for the party. it's an embarrassing outcome for the gop. kennedy: i understand people that want to run on the trump policy successes. i get that because that's what resinates with voters who are hurting right now that compare where they are to where they were. where they were before the pandemic, that was better. so it's a politician -- if a politician can promise that i i understand why it resinates. but the thing that drives me crazy, kevin, are the people holding on to the 2000 mule stop the steel back ward looking version of the republican party. it's the same as the people who are obsessed with climate change and climate hysterics. they're not paying attention to the needs and pain that a majority of americans are feeling right now. your thoughts. >> kennedy, i agree with you on the reliving the 2020 election
7:04 pm
front. it is a sad day in america where it looks like carrie lake is the standard for republicans. in arizona the gibbs race and in michigan, listen, i'm a partisan democrat but it is a sad day when someone like peter meijer loses a primary because he put country over fuelty to donald trump. that's not a good thing. i want a strong republican -- i know, we can talk about the procedures he did. kennedy: kevin, your party pouring money into the campaigns of crazy people hoping that their democrat candidates will face conspiracy nuts in the general election. if they lose, they're losing to people who according to their definitions will undermind no, ma'am seizure disorders. those are filthy, disgusting tactics that your party of which you are a member and you are a spokesperson -- >> proud member. proud member of. kennedy: he's not formally, you
7:05 pm
have to own that and it's gross. >> well, the dcc c can speak for itself. it's mission is to keep the house blue and determined the tactics however dirty you may think they are, i agree with you because it is highly problematic that we're lifting up these kind of individuals. so that's -- we can set that aside and peter meijer didn't win because of the dcc c actions and there's a strong trump basive support in a race like that and that's horrifying to me and to what tim said earlier that this man still has such a control on the republican party and candidates in his right. kennedy: i don't want to hear that from a democrat ever begin since you're pouring money into the campaigns of people who latch onto the worst side of the cultive personality. if it's candidates that want less government who want lower taxes who want fewer regulations, i'm fine with that.
7:06 pm
shane, what do you see here? kennedy: trump's still got a hold and i think it's crazy. i mean, you know, as a guy who's a veteran who grew up red, white, and blue in the united states and went off to combat, like it would be a very jeezy thing for a guy like me to bend and need trump to try and get some sort of support from him, i don't understand republicans who bend the knee to this guy who's a red flag advocate, he's an advocate for a vaccine with no event title fade pattern seizurs supporting a state that spies on people and if this is the new gop, you're going to continue to see a huge fallout to places like the libertarian party and independent parties and a forward party merging. people are leading these people in droves and rightly so. to bend the knee and kiss the ring of donald trump right now, i don't understand this to save my life other than political
7:07 pm
expediency, that's what they've got. kennedy: that's exactly it and instead of building coalitions and talking to people with whom you might disagree on most things. tomorrow i'll talk to dan crenshaw because he's trying to move a bill forward with aoc about getting psychedelic treatment to veterans. it's like i'd much rather talk to someone like that that can find someone else and maybe they disagree on 80, 90% of stuff but that common area, those coalition, that can make the country a better place. but when we have this all or nothing mentality, you know, if you defame donald trump, you are the enemy. that is nonsense. you can dislike aspects of his personality, but still recognize that he did have some very important policy successes but if people are too childish to realize that and that's how they're voting, god help us all. meanwhile the liberal media begging republicans for interviews of years of abuse.

florida governor ron desantis calling out the view after they asked him to come on the show. desantis' team responded skeptical and they'd be interested in the truth and highlighting a list of personal attacks they made about him in the past. some of the examples right here. >> you're just short of calling him a negligent homicidal sociopath because that's what he is. he's risking the lives of children. children's parents, their grandparents, begin nay may come in contact with so he can appeal to his white supremacist base. >> that's desantis. he's a fascist and bigot i think. he's antiblack and antigay, and anti-lgbtq+. >> coming after black people, what comes next. of course lgbtq+ community and women and other marginalized groups. kennedy: what logic? in light of those comments, the desantis team declined the

interview request and is it time to ditch the mainstream mia or is -- media or he is walk away from potential voters? i think he could have a big win if he goes in and is patient and listens to takes the ladies to school. that could be phenomenal for him in terms of independent and democratic voters sick of this high inflation and the flagging economy. >> i think you're right. i think -- so first of all, ron desantis has a higher iq than 99% of american politicians and 99.9% of american journalists, and he was just masterful at owning the liberal media. remember when he got them to attack him for prioritizing the elderly with his vaccine. like that was just amazing. kennedy: how dare you. >> protect the elderly from the virus and they attacked him for it. i'm biased. i'm biased like you, we believe in the media and believe people should talk to us even if they don't agree. i think ron desantis could on
7:10 pm
camera on the view own the libs and that would be good. it's easier for him to do this and i think it was a mistake on his part. part. kennedy: kevin, when ken says own the libs, does he mean mad libs? >> i think he means owning me, which he sometimes does when we're on together. but listen, i'm the democrat that goes on fox. i think ron should do this, absolutely to tim's point. it will give him a different platform to speak to women that -- and some men that watch that program in that hour, and there's countless examples of strong republicans going on there and facing off with those women raising a lot of money doing it for their campaign coffers and exchange ideas. i think, kennedy, to your point, go there and listen and not go into hysterics but deliver what he's doing for florida. i personally disagree with a lot of his policy positions, but he should articulate that and have that back and forth. i think it was would be great television. kennedy: if he ryan higgins

charming and alluring and exposed them for cackling, empty headed hens they are, wouldn't we call that a net win, shane? >> man, fine, i'll play contrary and here, no. as an executive of florida, the hell with these people. i mean, it's like hungry, hungry hippos where you've got maybe, i don't know, one marble left on the board that the brain cell and they're all like clambering like crazy to be that last hungry hippo to get the marble. no, he's the executive of florida. he is down there, you know, i'm not going to say i agree with him on everything, but he's done some pretty good things over the past two years for his state and his people and as an executive of the state, i'll tell you as the executive of georgia, i'm not going to hang out with those brainless -- i don't know, spineless women. they're going to continue to call him names. you can try to kill them with kindness, but i don't think it's going to work because i think somewhere deep inside of your past -- kennedy: i think you smother them till they stop moving but
7:12 pm
not so they're actually dead. like my prom date. >> just to be clear, with words. kennedy: exactly right, kevin. thank you -- no, we are not advocating violence in any way whatsoever. this is all metaphorical; right, whoopie. you said i was speaking metaphorically when i shadiermad german point had a punch of natzis there. kennedy: coming up, shocking new numbers from the nypd. the same ten criminals are responsible for 500 arrests in new york city. so how do they keep getting back on the streets? i wonder how. ted williams, one of my very favorites is in the house next.

7:16 pm
kennedy: new york city criminal justice system is clearly broken but are the city's progressives ready to admit it? new york city mayor eric adams held a press conference to call out the dangerous loophole in the bail system. watch. >> our criminal justice system is insane. it is dangerous, it is harmful,
7:17 pm
and it's destroying the fabric of our city. time and time again our police officers make an arrest and then the person who is arrested for assault, felonious assault, robberies and gun possession are finding themselves back on the within days if not hours after arrest. kennedy: okay, this is staggering. he highlighted ten criminals who have been arrested a combined 485 times since the bail reform laws were implemented in 2020. at least six of them confirmed to be roaming the streets today probably hanging out outside of fox just taking craps everywhere so how can any reasonable judge or da think this is safe for their community? joining me is former dc police detective, defense attorney and fox news contributor ted williams. oh, ted, it's great to have you back.
7:18 pm
so where is your heart here? is your heart with the criminals? you know, you wear the hat of defense attorney or is it with the cops who are so frustrated because administration after administration these mayors turn their backs on them. what is the point of going out and policing when you get people off the street and they're given desk tickets? >> you know, my heart is with the citizens, the law-abiding citizens who are -- should know and let me tell you the best kept secret: crime pays. it's unfortunate that i have to say that, but crime pays. these guys, they go into the system, the law enforcement officers arrest them over and over again and before the i ink isdry on the paperwork, thee individuals are back on the street. you hear eric adams, the mayor of new york saying that there
7:19 pm
are ten career criminals arrested over 500 times between themselveses. it's embarrassing. kennedy: you know, they're doing the same thing. some of them, they go into places like target and cvs with giant garage bags and they just fill them with stuff and sell them on the street. it's not like they're robinhood giving to poor people. they're turn ago profit off stolen goods. i saw a guy in cvs get run out by two security guards that finally did something, and this guy had the audacity to yell back at them like why are you stopping me from doing this? you're targeting me. it's like you just stole a pair of glasses you idiot. it's not just people who are stealing stuff from, you know, these chain drugstores. we're talking about people who commit violent felonies. those people should not be roaming around because guess what, they know they can operate with impunity. they can hurt anyone they want and now they're actively hurting
7:20 pm
people, pushing them down and taking their stuff. we saw a guy in new york get run over by a car in the bronx, three guys got out and rifled through his pockets and took all his stuff when he was passed out on the sidewalk and he was in critical condition. >> you know, it's an embarrassment. i got to tell you, kennedy, but unfortunately this is an embarrassment that's taken place all over this country. i can tell you one of the most frustrated groups are law enforcement officers who want to dot right thing out in the community and lock these people up. can you envision being a law enforcement officer, locking up someone in the morning and before you can go home that afternoon, that person is back on the street only to be locked up again tomorrow or the next day. it's a very frustrating revolving door that's taking place here in america, and we've got to get these legislators off
7:21 pm
of their butts and they're going to have to do something for law-abiding citizens. it seems as though they clearly favor criminals by letting them commit a crime, go be arrested, and be back on the streets. kennedy: yeah, they open the door and they're like go on out this, all the stuff you want to steal is out there and all the the people you want to hurt so you can take their stuff, they're out there too. there's no disincentive and there's no social workers. so, you know, they have a billion dollars for a mental health initiative in new york city and i walked through columbus circle the other day and dudes with cauliflower toes bathing in the fountain and they're not male strippers, ted. >> like i said, law-abiding citizens, kennedy, are the ones suffering and we're talking about the criminals. we need to be talking about some of these das like alvin bragg in manhattan.
7:22 pm
kim foxx of chicago and gorge gasgon of los angeles. kennedy: yeah, george will be recalled and not every state has a recall mechanism but a guy working in kim foxx's office for 25 years just resigned because he thinks that she's a goof and doesn't know what she's doing and she's completely corrupt and a guy has been there 25 years and he's leaving, a job that it like i don't know if he's done it well and i'm guessing he's pretty happy and he's been there a long time. maybe he's just getting a pension but i believe him when he said she's corrupt and tarnished and does a complete disservice to that part of illinois. ted williams, always good to talk to you. thank you, dear. i love your lavender. >> my pleasure. okay, take care. kennedy: coming up after president biden says a drone strike killed an al-qaida leader in afghanistan, republicans asking why was he there? is the taliban giving al-qaida a
7:23 pm
safe space now they're in control of the entire country. i'll get into it with derrick van orton in a moment.
7:24 pm
7:25 pm
7:26 pm
7:27 pm
kennedy: hello. it's beard night. the top republican on the house intelligence excite tee accusing president biden of lying about al-qaida. last august the president justified his botched withdraw saying american was done in afghanistan because al-qaida was gone and this week the president announce add successful drone strike on a top al-qaida leader hiding in plain sight in kabul. mike turner said the attack is proof of a lie and said "the president was not being truthful and try to take a victory lap of actions after killing him in afghanistan and admit their presence is that al-qaida has a food hold with the taliban". does he have a point? republican candidate and
7:28 pm
wisconsin third district and retired navy seal senior chief derrick van orden is back. >> thank you for having me. that assessment is spot on. just about a year ago, president biden had a disastrous withdraw from afghanistan, 13 servicemen and women were killed along with hundreds of afghans, and he said that that was predicated specifically because there was no reason to be in afghanistan because the al-qaida was no longer there. that's just not true. so when the man was killed, he was stayed in a place with him and we'll have to check with the taliban if they knew if zarhiri was there. kennedy: of course they knew. how could they not know. >> he's part of the taliban government. that would be like if mick jagger was staying at the vice
7:29 pm
president's house, they'd check with the biden administration if mick jagger was in town. it's absolutely foolish. secretary austin, jake sullivan, antony blinken and the president of the united states lied to every single american citizen when they said that al-qaida no longer had a foothold in afghanistan and the world is a much more dangerous place because of it. we cannot forget it. we've not seen the end of what will take place because of this disastrous withdraw that killed our servicemen and women. no one, kennedy, no one has been held accountable for the deaths and no one has been held accountable for the billions of dollars worth of advanced military technology we left with the taliban. remember this in november when we have midterms coming up. kennedy: they're definitely better off for what we left behind and what they have after 20 years of war. they're doing just fine, but they are going back and forth with the u.s. government trying to unfreeze $3.5 billion in assets.
7:30 pm
it's great that zawahiri was killed but, you know, like you said, that's just evidence that if he's on a balcony in a populous city, doesn't that mean that there are other people probably al over the country, some of them who, you know, they might be in kabul, they might be hiding in deserted parts of the country as well. should the u.s. unfreeze that $3.5 billion? >> absolutely not. you got to ask yourself, why ised biden administration still negotiating with the taliban? the reason is there's still hundreds of american citizens and our allies in afghanistan right now against their will. let's not forget about them. they have families and they're still there. kennedy: absolutely. and there are private citizens who are working still tirelessly a year later to get them out. even though we don't talk about afghanistan, they're talking about it and they're doing the work, but there is a humanitarian crisis there and that's the other thing that everyone who knew the government
7:31 pm
was going to fall apart, that's what they saw coming. how did the administration 23409 see any of this? did they have horrible intel? are they bad people? what is the explanation? >> they are ragingly incompetent and they're redefining -- they're trying to redefine when a recession is, they're redefining income tent. the secretary of defense said they'd take the taliban at their word when they said they'll run an inclusive government. he really said that. kennedy: we'll take them at their word. >> it's almost to the point where it's humorous but it's not because there's american citizens behind enemy lines in afghanistan and the biden administration turned over millions of dollars of weapons to al-qaida and working since before september 2011 when they took down the twin towers and responsible for the twin bombings in africa and responsibility for the deaths of
7:32 pm
thousands of americans, and the biden administration is giving them a pass because they do not know how to govern. kennedy: no, they don't and they're assuming that, well, the taliban wants iphones so they'll be moderate now. that's how bureaucracies generally work. derrick van orden, thank you so much. >> yes, ma'am. good to see you. kennedy: don't let people deface your signs, bunch of jerks. the queen of cringe is at it again and vice president kamala harris tried to explain the less green agenda and turned into something green. a word salad as usual. watch. >> consider heat wave pose a greater threat to people who don't have air conditioning. or who work in high heat workplaces such as warehouses or farm fields. we can move clean energy from where it is created to where it is needed. it is literally about the transportation of energy. how exciting is that?
7:33 pm
kennedy: aww, that's so exciting. what color suit are you wearing and did you know that ukraine is a country in europe. she went onto blame the deadly flood in the u.s. on climate change and every other storm, hurricane, and heat wave. how many of our tax dollars do democrats need to spend to make it sunny and 75 all year round? if climate change really is a problem, trust kamala harris to solve it or let alone explain it. the bearded man panel is back. tim carney, kevin, and shane. beard, beard, beard. that's hoghood we are with delivered beards and information. tim carney, she's not good at explaining things. >> no, i thought she was going to get philosophical about energy and matter. that would be ground beak but, no, she doesn't believe there's a climate crisis because if she
7:34 pm
did, she would support nuclear when at every time she's asked about nuclear energy, she runs away from the question. she -- you know, when she was running for president, she wanted to be the president so she was campaigning in iowa, and she wouldn't stand up against the ethanol people who we know add to the emissions of greenhouse gases but the fact she won't stand up for energy solutions that are lower in greenhouse edition makes me think maybe she wants to spend this $5 billion just because democrats like controlling more of the economy. maybe she wants to regulate toes fossil fuels just because democrats like regulates. she's not acting as if there's a climate crisis while she's talking as if there was. so it makes me think she just wants more government. kennedy: they all want more government. kevin, i think you want more government. i think you're a nice person, i think you're sassy and fun. >> i think you're the sassiest and most fun. kennedy: the thing i really like about the vice president, she
7:35 pm
makes my one true love dan quail look like a genius and i want to eternally thank her for that . >> i miss dan from time to time. kennedy: me too. >> you know, you can critique the vice president up down left and center, a lot of folks do. that's fine. what she was doing in miami was touting the work this administration is doing in advance. it was likely to be a difficult hurricane season. hopefully it won't be but, you know, she's down there in miami talking about block grants to raise roads to fix irrigation systems, to prevent flooding. those are all tangible things we as a country need to be doing. you know, you had mike mullen the foreman chairman joint chief of staff many years ago saying the most dangerous thing facing this country and global stability is climate change. a lot of our bases will be under water in the next 50, 100 years and we need to prepare to that as a country. kennedy: according to who? >> people seeing coastlines erode before our very eyes.
7:36 pm
kennedy: well, the environment was cleaner than it was 10, 20, or 30 years ago, shane. with our fantastic technology and invasion as long as the government gets out of the way, i have faith in the tinkers of this great land they'll come up with a better solution. am i the only one seeing the bright side, shane? >> no, you can move in two feet above sea level in martha's vineyard against to barack obama or have the sea wall built to conserve the environment. it's nonsense and ear porn. i don't know, speaking of what we did in the first block, maybe she'll be cut out for the view after this, but she's so bad that america would rather hang onto joe biden right now than let him slip away and her come into the executive seat. this is crazy. they can't get roads right, they can't do anything else right. they're not going to get the climate right, and you asked how much money do they want to spend of ours?
7:37 pm
all of it and then spend your kids and your grand kids and the grand kids after that and it's all going to fall apart right in your faces. hopefully sooner than later so that we can be less enslaved to these liars, cheats, and murders murders. kennedy: yeah, the government will get so big and the country will implode under the weight of it. >> it's already doing it right now. kennedy: more of it is not the solution for everything. you know, despite their best intentions, they're not going to fix it because to tim's point, they're not serious about zero carbon emission solutions like nuclear storing a no. i wish they woule sheet of paper and we can totally do this. i don't know that she can read. i think that's part of the staff turnover getting frustrated and they give her things and they're like what, this is fun. strategic option and i'll stay it over and over
7:38 pm
again. man panel, thank you for taking the time and blessing us all with facial hair and courage. >> thank you. kennedy: coming up, the philippines could make one dating trend a criminal offense. is it time to lawyer up or head to the philippines to hold onto a man. we've got our attorney at love cat tim in studio to discuss.
7:39 pm
this thing, it's making me get an ice bath again. what do you mean? these straps are mind-blowing! they collect hundreds of data points like hrv and rem sleep, so you know all you need for recovery. and you are? i'm an investor...in invesco qqq, a fund that gives me access to... nasdaq 100 innovations like... wearable training optimization tech. uh, how long are you... i'm done. i'm okay.

7:42 pm
kennedy: someone left the wrong representative on red. a lawmaker in the philippines introduced a bill to make ghosting someone a criminal offense. you'll be wanted in every sense of the word.
7:43 pm
the lawmaker calls ghosting a form of emotional cruelty. i can't wait to hear her back story and suggests community service would be an appropriate punishment so which ghosts from your dating past would you like to see picking up trash on the side of the highway? here with me now in studio gut felled cohost cat tim. have you been ghosted? >> of course. i've been ghosted many, many atimes and it's the most horrible cruel things to do so someone and i recommend people use to their advantage. if you recommend someone is cheating on you, don't eviscerate them and send paragraph after paragraph of what garbage they are, just don't talk to them anymore. it doesn't mean it should be illegal. kennedy: have you ghosted? >> no, i can't ghost. i don't think i've ever successfully ghosted. oh, the one guy, the guy sending me pictures of him crying? kennedy: i forgot about crying guy. >> i know, i know, i totally did
7:44 pm
too. remember him? we hung out like two times. kennedy: he got really wrapped up. >> yeah, it doesn't count as ghosting because i did end it but the thought -- my friend and i, alicia, there was 283 that went unanswered including a video of him crying and different paragraphs, and he was quite upset. kennedy: when did, you know, it's not all men because obviously men and women run the gamut of cruelty they can inflict on other people and neediness. when i was raised, you know, back in oregon, dudes were not lady like in that sense. >> no, i mean, in all fairness, i met him at emo night. i should have known what was coming. no offense to my other gentlemen, meeting a guy at emo night, you run that risk. kennedy: who should be doing the community service in the philippines? >> that didn't have a provision
7:45 pm
for if someone is harassing you for blocking them for that. i shouldn't have to do community service because i was not turned on by photos of a man that i didn't want to talk to crying. oh, and he was crying shirtless, remember? kennedy: the only thing that saves it because it's like, if the droplets from your own sad eyes cover your pecks in a glistening residue. that could be quite attractive. >> years later i brought my husband cam to emo night and he was there and was like i'm sure you've heard a lot about me. he was like, no, not one thing. kennedy: you weren't as consequential in her life as you might think. >> i make quite the impression. kennedy: i think you do. it's wonderful you've manned up with cam, and i feel like the two of you should offer a dating advice service. >> we do. just give me a call, everybody. kennedy: maybe one of you should run for president in the philippines so you can just lock her up.
7:46 pm
>> i'm available for that. kennedy: if you -- honestly. you're a libertarian, but if you really had power, wouldn't you wield it sort of unfairly just for fun? >> that's the tough thing, i mean the response to emotional warfare is more emotional warfare so i don't know about community service. kennedy: what's the appropriate punishment? >> somehow make them see you doing better than they are. if you accidently show up where they're going to be looking really good or become really close with their best friend. kennedy: hello. >> emotional warfare, you can get creative with it. kennedy: you are our general in the fight for love. >> oh, yeah. kennedy: she's won and we are the winners being in your presence. thank you for being here. it's not game night and people are really mad but your advice is the greatest prize of all.
