in atlanta, but you know a lot about baseball. you and i love the yankees, and we think braves are dumb. do you really think they should change their name? >> well, i have a great affiliate in atlanta, so i will not say that the braves are dumb, and they are the world series defending champion, so i'll give them that shout-out. i threw out a first pitch at a braves' game last year, and then they won the world series. coincidence? i think not. [laughter] by the way, karine jean-pierre is looking down at the binder, can she have a page for atlanta braves name change question? was that one they anticipated maybe today because the president was celebrating the championship of the team that he agitated for their stadium to lose the all-star game last year, so maybe they thought someone might ask the question. this is silly. the rote answer that we also saw, i think, from senator warnock who was trying to avoid question on a similar topic was, oh, we need to have the conversation, and native american voices need to be at the center of the conversation.
7:45 pm
maybe they're not aware, but braves did that. they had the conversation with native american people, with tribes, and there are some major quotes of leaders of tribes saying that we're proud of the name braves. so i think that this is sort of this woke, spun-up thing that that a tiny handful of activists and journalists care about. no one else in the country sees this as an urgent problem whatsoever. the braves' fan base wants nothing to do with the name change, and this was, i think, a silly distraction. ken 'em ken -- kennedy: it's also a gimme to herschel walker which is why i'm surprised that she ran with it, because if she's talking about it, she's articulating the position of the white house. so anytime that position is talked about even more, it becomes part of the national conversation, and it certainly becomes part of the georgia conversation, and herschel walker is a senate candidate who gets to go, oh, hell no, we're not changing our name. >> exactly. he's, like, hang on now, is this a cultural question? on which i'm on the right side
