hard as they have been by the last couple receptions. let's talk about bail reform a little bit. kathy hochul has just had someone to her legal team who is a bail reform advocate and not in the good way, olivia. he's the kind of person who wants of bad people to be back on the streets with no bail. bad people who are violence rate they commit felonies against innocent people whose are the kind of people that should see the most accountability. but with people like her advisor they're the ones getting out and making everything dangerous. so how did we get to this place innovated incredible balance been incredible balance in terms of criminal justice reform? >> i'm a huge advocate of justice reform. as you may know, canada. some people on the right think i might bill extremist i am for the caramelizing jugs but you might think i before the belt

can to make changes to protect your family. i think republicans historically have not been great on this. but democrats are awful and criminal justice reform and especially bail reform now. and as a bail reform orthodoxy is a climate change into its own religion. and they do not use statistics and outcomes. now meanwhile, the rise of violent crime is the only thing that has democrats sweating four weeks out from election day. the latest projection map, real clear politics projects republicans will pick up two seats in take back control of the senate. even if herschel walker loses in georgia. projecting the gop will pick up arizona, nevada, and that tossup race in pennsylvania. but it is october, anything can happen from now until november 8. so should either party the chilling champagne at this point? should be a party bar just outside the with fireworks, tom?

>> yes, i think republicans have to do is they just have to drive turnout. because i think in a lot of the states, people are unhappy. and the only thing that's going to keep republicans from having a massive victory is people do not go to the polls. then got to get out there think a lot of the swing states there is ads all over the tv. everyone is every aware of it. turn out is going to be the key thing. that's why i think in that media we are not hearing much about it. new york is a perfect example. i have not seen late zeldin but i haven't seen kathy hochul cover her they know disaster she is. that's happening in pennsylvania, it's happening in arizona. they note the democrats are going to turn out they knows there's a massive wave out there and a possibility historic wafer republicans. but not they stay home.
