now this. it is almost laughable. democrats desperately trying to reverse course. they see the polls, they know they are in deep trouble so they try to convince us they do understand what is troubling us. they say now is the time 14 days to the vote to address difficult issues. good luck with that. don't come begging the country for a second chance when you spent the last two years running the country into the ground, the reverend out sharpton is the latest, saying democrat have to listen to voters and deal with crime. that is rich. sharpton spent a lifetime pouring scorn and contempt on the police. on inflation there is a key issue. speaker pelosi just wants to change the subject, not talk about it. let's talk about it. today's inflation is the direct result of the war on fossil fuels and fast government spending, both on speaker pelosi's watch, the president doesn't bother to change

now i am sure you have been out on a boat and seen freshwater rivers meet oceans and that water is half fresh half salt. it is called brackish. right now the market is brackish. as time goes on it favors the pool, more things can surprise to the upside than the downside because everybody is expecting the downside. if the fed comes out. if we don't see inflation coming down like they would like they might change their tactics, 4% inflation, or 3% inflation. right now as long as we have unemployment so low and inflation so high, back to back to back rate hikes are no-brainer in their minds but if inflation doesn't come down like they would like to think, than you could then you could see fed pivot. the surprises get more. the longer this goes on but right now we are in that brackish area where we need to see something, fairly big for the market to take a leg down
10:10 am
or you will see the market get used to bad news and it will hurt the most people in the quickest time and there's more people on the side of the boat that think things will be bad and we will go to lows than people think we will go up and make new highs, the market will recover. stuart: you will where the cow jacket, i associate you with a guy who traits agricultural commodities. is there any sign of food price inflation is beginning to moderate, prices come down a little bit? any sign? >> nowhere near as high as they were and slowly coming to fruition. it is not just commodity prices but i censor them for the time being. you might have a shortage of soybeans or cotton but if demand is beaten up so bad it doesn't matter. no one is buying it anyway. there are some. storylines that hit the front
