racist to have good solid voting laws to trust out come elections. that is the play back they follow. >> talk to us what the vote reed form was again, refresh viewers minds? >> here are some of the big parts of it. we put in extra early voting days. went from mandated 16 days, to seven seen days. absentee ballot deadlines that protect voters. binary system using voter i.d., driver's license number to identify voters requesting absentee ballots for not looking at swirls and swishes of signatures. we did a lot to protect the verier around protect the vote at the same time. elizabeth: what are the numbers now? we're hearing that the early voter turn out is up 60% versus the same period in 2018. is that what you're seeing? >> after today it is up about 55% more. the reality is by tomorrow one in five georgia registered

voters will have already cast a ballot in this election, it is blowing doors. it is historic for a midterm. elizabeth: gabriel watch this. listen to the jim crow 2.0 accusations. watch this. president biden: this is jim crow on steroids what they're doing in georgia and other states. jim crow 2.0 is about two insidious things, voter suppression and a election sub very. >> it's a redux of jim crow in a suit and tie. >> it is jim crow and in the case? >> how is that, jim crow sb 202. >> the strategy right now is pass a bunch of racist voting laws, effectively jim crow in the south. >> going further the interest in the election, we told you high on both sides. 69% number for democrats is astonishing. it is 78% among republicans. elizabeth: so gabriel, when you heard democrats repeatedly say jim crow 2.0, what were you doing?
6:51 pm
what were you saying? >> frankly i was getting more and more pissed. i was getting angry every time i heard it. i knew this law was protecting people as rights to votes. they have a playbook. they have to run it. since 2014 stacy abram pole tested the term voter suppression. they have nothing else to run on. they have given them nothing else to vote for in the state. regardless -- elizabeth: how can you believe any of them again? they just shot their credibility out the window? we have got ireland, france, spain, canada, they have voter i.d. 46 out of 47 european nations have voter eye die. somehow that is racism? this is very unserious analysis, gabriel. are you seeing any evidence of cheating? >> no we've seen no evidence of cheating yet. we've seen no voter fraud, no voter suppression. because we run really god elections in the state. we're a model. we'll put our voting system up against any state in the union. elizabeth: do you want all of them to apologize, anybody ho
6:52 pm
said that, want them to apologize? >> i would love to see it of the ain't no way is happening. they have to make the claim. elizabeth: why? >> because only way to turn people out to vote, can't talk on inflation, can talk on jobs. elizabeth: keep them emotional and uninford. gabriel sterling. thanks for coming on. >> thank you, liz. elizabeth: fallout after a new york court tossed it vaccine mandates. remember the cops, firemen, nurses were fired? we said that was wrong for years. democrat flip-flopping too on this, they are silent on all after demanding pandemic lockdowns. next up gop strategist ford o'connell on "the evening edit". our dell technologies advisors can provide you with the tools and expertise you need to bring out the innovator in you.

when people come, they say they've tried lots of diets, nothing's worked or they've lost the same 10, 20, 50 pounds
6:55 pm
over and over again. they need a real solution. i've always fought with 5-10 pounds all the time. eating all these different things and nothing's ever working. i've done the diets, all the diets. before golo, i was barely eating but the weight wasn't going anywhere. the secret to losing weight and keeping it off is managing insulin and glucose. golo takes a systematic approach to eating that focuses on optimizing insulin levels. we tackle the cause of weight gain, not just the symptom. when you have good metabolic health, weight loss is easy. i always thought it would be so difficult to lose weight, but with golo, it wasn't. the weight just fell off. i have people come up to me all the time and ask me, "does it really work?" and all i have to say is, "here i am. it works." my advice for everyone is to go with golo. it will release your fat and it will release you.

elizabeth: back with us, g.o.p. strategist ford o'connel, the news we broke at top of the hour senator chuck schumer caught on a hot mic, warning president biden that democrats could lose the democrat senate race in pennsylvania. watch this: >> react? >> that is right. john fetterman, displayed by
6:57 pm

lap, he was up m. >> as we discussed. the jab does not prevent people from getting covid, or stop straps mission, ron desantis recognized that right away and said team are best to make their own decision the. and with this nation report card there is no shock to the loss of learnings, democrats and media wanted to keep the schools shut. elizabeth: many democrats like new york governor hochul. pushing for the lockdowns. >> i would do it all over again, the mandate for healthcare workers. >> did you go overboard? on suing businesses are not having masks. >> they wouldn't listen, we could not allow them to flout the law. elizabeth: this is same minnesota state ag, now seeing businesses for not

doing enough to stop crime, that he is supposed to stop. >> ellison let the cat out of the bag on this democrats did not truly care about public safety and health, they compared about compliance that is the dna of today's democrats, when it came to the business lockdowns, ellison is wrong, he said they saved lives, no, you caused people their economic lives, you hindered productivity and caused people's jobs, now you are engine -- elizabeth: you keep people inside it transmits the virus fast. to dr. anthony fauci on this. >> when you distort reality and keep lying over and over again, after a while you get a lot of people believing it that is the beginning i believe of the destruction of our democracy. >> was it a mistake in so many states and localities,
7:00 pm
to see schools closed as long as they were. >> i had nothing to do. i didn't shut down anything. only way do that by draconian means of shut do shutting down a country, we know we can do that if we shut down, if i knew at the time that shutting down would have such a dramatic affect, on controlling, the spread, we would have shut down earlier. elizabeth: so he is for shut downs. >> dr. anthony fauci is responsible because every government official in america was relying on his opinion and he was winging, he was winging it because he was trying to help the democrats win an election, he should pay the price for it. elizabeth: ford o'connel thank you for watching us, join us again tomorrow night, have a good evening. kennedy: well, just about every pollster in u.s. will tell
