heard anything new from jay powell that he has been talking about for two months. he did exactly as he said rates went up 50% in ball he led the door open to the february move, the idea rates are still going after going up 50 basis points i don't think he's going to cut back in february the way the market immediately tried to suggest that maybe he was. he was clear, he was concise and he stayed on point. he did give anyone the idea that you establish. on friday, on thursday we got the same thing from all the other federal banks, the european central bank, christine cannata been clear she was crystal clear when she said not only raising 50 basis points but you can expect 50 basis point hikes in the new year. i think that's everything investors should've known. they have been saying and we've been talking about inflation is out of control. i'm not surprised. was i surprised the violent

reaction by the way the markets hit? a little bit but a lot could be tied to the algorithms and the way they interpret the data at the speed in which we receive the actions. but i'm not super concerned in the sense do i think the bottoms get a fallout were going back to 3000, i don't think we are at all but i think it be continued volatility in the new year i think we'll get santa claus rally in the s&p 4000 and the new year volatility as a new year begins and we wipe the slate clean and we start to look at the data all over again. >> how do you want to be position? we know profits are slowing there isn't much profit growth away from energy expected in 2023. you have worries about a recession. how do you want to be positioned going into all of that in the new year? >> if you want to be in the market then you have to push positioned herself defensively. the stuff that i say our people

need you on consumer staples, you want energy, you want utilities, you want healthcare. those are names but look at all the performances they're all relatively holding it while considering the rest of the market absolutely slammed utilities are flat in dividends you're actually up. healthcare is off 6%, maybe 7% if you look at consumer staples those are flat versus all the other sectors. if you're worried about next year which i continue to be i overweight those sectors. but it doesn't mean i completely eliminated some of the other sectors. why semis are down 35% this year is beyond me because her in every single thing that we touched and use. therefore i'm building a bigger position nvidia is my favorite name but this amaze semis is a p

that people should look at if you look at tech look at big tech microsoft, ibm, apple. he shouldn't necessarily look at the high growth sexy names because they will have trouble but that's how you should position yourself if you want to be in the market. maria: if we have a rough market in 2023, what does your portfolio look like away from stocks. >> you have to look at bonds. a two-year bond 4%. you can go to a bank and set up cd 4.5%, you gotta start to look at short duration bonds i would not go long duration i would go to short duration even the three months will get you 4% you can roll the every three months and therefore you have the liquidity you're only three months out but 4% with no risk. as a retail investor those other places and if you're really worried about the market going down you may want to take some of that and play the contra side like the psq which would get you

very much for being here. how do you plan on getting answers here. i know in the early days of this disease we had scientist dying and wuhan. it's one of the reasons that all of the circumstantial evidence from the scientist dying to the amount of activity around the wuhan lab and that it was shut down in october of 2019. all of that leads to exactly what you are saying, what can you tell us about this? >> we always knew nothing would good was going on in the wuhan lab. what is most concerning number one u.s. tax dollars were sent to the lab to do the dangerous gain-of-function research. number two by all accounts intelligence community has covered up every effort to try to determine the true origination of covid-19. what were doing on the house oversight committee we sent

letters supporting government employees. every government employee that had anything to do with sending tax dollars to eco-health alliance that received a letter, any government employee that had anything to do with sending grant dollars to any of the scientists in america who defended doctor factories terrible making, they got a letter. i don't think a lot of people were expecting this to start at the bottom that we identified all 40 of these employees all of whom had been identified before and we asked them to come before the house oversight committee to be interviewed in the transcribed interviews starting in january. maria: it's extraordinary and so disturbing the fact that we now can confirm that this may have been part of a bio weapons program. yet the communist party of china playing around with biological weapons and you have the democrats covering it up. tens of millions of people are
