blood from reaching down to his wife and son, they were just brutally murdered, he said by someone else, i think. they don't have as much dna evidence as they would like, but i think that jury, you know may look at it, maybe he was trying to cover it up, his actions i think to a jury will look look someone who is guilty, not an innocent grieving spouse and father. kennedy: where is their a crack for the defense to creep in? >> i assume defense will have to say, someone else did it. they seem to say police did a poor job investigating it. you got to crime scene, you walked over tire tracks and walked around the scene. they will try to raise that. they have to show that really made a difference, i think they have to tie it up in a bow, reasonable doubt has to be real, not just you know, every -- not every avenue has to be run down,
