if the d.a. can get an indictment, i don't think is clear here in fulton county, in atlanta the city that sits in fulton county, a diverse jury pool for grand juries here it has a lot of conservative neighborhoods, a lot of liberal neighborhoods, i'm not sure an indictment is a done deal, i suspect that is one reason we've not seen an indictment in atlanta, she may or may not have even approached a grand jury. i think that probably biggest danger for trump is special counsel investigation, those are famous for finds crimes, usually not the ones they were initially asked to investigate. they certainly find crimes, and it almost always to do with sticking witnesses refusing to come to grand jury, and then getting prosecuted for either what they say or what they refused to do. kennedy: those are procedural crimes it would
