his legal team will have a lot to do between now and then, they will try to get the case booted before it goes to trial. there will be motions to dismiss. they feel they have really good grounds for getting this thing you know abolished before it gets to a judge or jury, there is another option that not everyone is looking into. but possible that his defense team could ask for a bench trial. that means to a judge and not a jury. if they file they are strong enough on the law. they don't want to take a chance on a jury being more emotionally swayed. they could ask for judge to decide this in a bench trial. guy: they fascinating thought. that had not occurred to me. that could make sense, argument, let's say they try to get it tossed with a dismissal mogul motion that fails, then a change of venue, manhattan way too bias. the argument would be rather
