show me the markets, please. top of the 11:00 hour in business for 90 minutes. most of the movement is on the downside and not that much, 86 down for the dow, 34 for the nasdaq and 10-year treasury yield. where is that this morning? last time we checked it was moving up slightly and same story and all up slightly 3.57% and not good news for stocks and long term rates edge higher. that's the markets on a friday morning. now this. z you could almost feel sorry for president biden and there he was looking tired, trying to demagogue the republican budget leeanne and it's a plan that proposes very modest spending cuts but to the president, it's a waco notion. his speech dripped with contempt and the republicans he said are "cuts benefits for folks who don't seem to care that much about". that's laughable. it is biden's administration

california. of course the real point is that however much money they spend and now we're looking at total bill for homelessness in the $20, 30 billion over the last few years, billion, and the problems have got worse and numbers got worse and there's a fundamental flaw. they won't address the actual root causes of the problem which is a combination of mental health issues for the people there and drug addiction. this fact there's a 2016 state law sb138025 forbids and prohibits any money spent on homelessness by the state of california going out to any program that focuses on abstinence getting people off drugs. that's illegal. how do you ever solve the problem with madness like that. stuart: steve, you could move, you know, you could do it. you could go to florida or jersey or new york city but you won't, will you? you'll stay there? >> i might come and see you next week, stuart. that may be on the cards. stuart: that sounds like a threat to me.

insiders in a company, whether they're buying or selling and i'm told, the prompter tells me there's a lot of talk about insider selling. susan: one of the biggest discussions on wall street, blackrock ceo larry fink selling 7% of blackrock stake, worth around $25 million and this goes back to questions over elon musk's stock sales. $3.6 billion that he sold just at the end of last year, but the question of timing because it was just before the january 2 warning that fourth quarter deliveries would miss badly and not a stock sale or paying for twitter or taxes but there's always questions when there's no reasons given on why executives are selling their own company's spare shares. what do they know that others don't? stuart: good question. cover at&t and they're up today but -- susan: worst day in 23 years yesterday and this used to be a much bigger stock in the past.

bill to ban transgender athletes from women sports and it passed the house. the democrats are saying you're just bullying trans athletes by excluding them. what say you? >> that's absolutely not what we're doing. as an athlete, i see the amazing opportunities that sport cans bring and i want everyone to pursue the opportunities and push for this goal of being a collegiate athlete and that opportunity must be preserved by preserving the line between men and women sports. i want transgender athletes to play sports but they're not exempt from basic rules that girls sports are for girls only and boys sports for boys only. stuart: did you get any backlash for speaking out and i ask the question because riley gains was pretty much attacked by trans people for her stand. how about you? >> i get a lot of backlash through social immediate jaire and there's a lot -- media and there's counter protesters speaking at events and not a lot of opposition there yesterday,
