with memorial day, it was you in this week, it's got to be done friday and is going to be tough because there's a bigger gap than what they are letting on. if you look at the publican proposals they have on the table, there's over trillion dollars in cuts, they start with covid, the 30 billion budget gets bigger, student debt, irs and the tax revision, trillion dollars and all our projects for the democrats. i can't see them digging their heels in. stuart: as it will forward, what happens to the market? >> the market will get more volatile because it came in with that of this price neither in the market or stock market so is just now starting to get that. bond spreads are tight, who got the issues of the debt ceiling and rate hikes so i think we got more coming.

stuart: we go crisis to crisis, the debt crisis on the front burner now but the market seems to go up. the dow is up 33000, s&p 4100. it does not go down, it's gradually creeping up. >> the market wants to run this but can't help but think and you hate to say this but coming in, three more rate cuts this week and last week saying we may not be done yet, we may have more so there's no way will have rate cuts by the end of the year so the markets still not totally adjusted for that. it's given example, triple be spread, there's no recession price down there at all yet you look at the banking industry and rates of six, one of those is wrong and one is wrong.

promo, fear of missing out? >> markets have held up very well and that in the face of the tenure gone from 340 to 375 with the debt ceiling crisis tobacco in front of investors faces, the market has held up well. we got about 4200 last week, we couldn't hold it, there's a brief interlude for that. we get back up over there and can consolidate above. i think we will see a lot of money and there's a lot of money on the sidelines. most folks have missed the rally and they will come screaming into the market so we could get a fear of missing out rally if we get above 4200 and stay there. stuart: are you beginning to turn? used to be by everything and then became parish. are you getting back in again? >> i am leaning toward a but i don't think we're there yet.

i'd love to see us get above 4200 and a few other things line up but i'm more bullish than bearish because the market has held up so well. talked about this for years, the market tells you what it wants and it looks like it wants to go up. doesn't mean he can't turn on a dime but looks like it wants to go up so to get past the hurdles, i think it will go up. stuart: there's some profit-taking in big tech, not a lot but a little. are you worried about that? does it tell you about the market? big tech must dominate the market. >> that is something that does worry me. maybe ten if you include box have moved the market higher. there's been a lot of fun to flow into those great names and they've done very well. if things turn around, all the prophets in those traits could come quickly and if you were late to the game, he will run for the exits, maybe it some stops so if the stocks alter,
