of the d.o.j.? we are hearing increasing stories that merrick garland, the ag perhaps got in the way of the u.s. attorneys investigation, david weiss says he was stopped at every turn trying to do the investigative steps necessary in investigating tax crimes of hunter biden. >> right. it's very clear here that somebody is lying. i trust these whistleblowers far more than i trust the attorney general merrick garland. we ought to be doing is subpoenaing everybody. every single documents, every deposition especially hunter biden yesterday for anything that there is because what we have learned is the d.o.j. has been complicit and has been covering up this investigation pretty heard from the irs whistleblower this weekend. what i want to do is cult merrick garland, the attorney general pretty want to happen to congress under oath and ask him if he voted for the code red. the more we learn about this, the worse it gets.

i think this is going to go down is where the most corrupt president most corrupt administration in u.s. history. i cannot express how angry i am. the more that i learned about this the part worse it gets and the fact they were blocking this investigation of corruption and money laundering, literally the biden family sold our country out. it is unbelievable in obscene and every american should be angry about this. maria: house oversight committees uncovered a whole host of evidence and the chairman james: told me last week that he thanks it could be upwards of $40 million that you can identify of money taken in by the biden family. how long it's been going on? what can you tell us about your investigation right knowledge of influence peddling? >> our investigation will at the bottom of it. i will titus of the suspicious activity reports we have seen, i saw one alone over $40 million.

that was split into multiple people not just the biden's and their family members. but, we talk about 18 million the irs whistleblower brought up this week is just the tip of the iceberg. i think this is going so far north of that pretty could go further than $58 million we are talking about. but we as the oversight committee have to win the court of public opinion by showing the overwhelming amount of evidence i believe are committees going to receive. we are using firms foreign countries the bank records overseas. we have to be able to connect the dots, show the evidence. if you just on the screen you provided america does not trust congress. what i want to do is provide the evidence and let the american people decide for themselves just how corrupt this president and his administration and his family really been. maria: dr. jill biden has been pushing him to run in 2024. maybe she just out the gravy

train to stop. can you walk us through the most important damning evidence you state you have? undercut bank records. you got suspicious activity reports and that whistleblower testimony. what is mustang in your view? >> 1023 form so far been the most damning. if we can get them unredacted to have everything we would need to connect the dots. but unfortunately the fbi's been stonewalling our investigation. thank god we have congressman call martin senator grassley. grassley seems to know the bodies are buried and we get information from that research from whistleblowers coming forward. i would encourage every whistleblower and everyone has information to come to our committees but the bank records are going to be key were not allowed to share the suspicious activity reports come the 1023 forms are unclassified are also going to be very important because they corroborate information in text and e-mails. once that message is hunter biden had on his laptop. none of this is a conspiracy theory, maria it you know it all the balls strikes right in the

middle. this is going to go down as one of the most explosive stories of corruption in united states history we are done with this investigation. maria: didn't get that to the bottom of it yet let's face it: told us there 20 shell companies there 20 shell companies are going to follow the money they made it complex didn't it? >> they did. in the first 1023 form from the fbi there brag about how we take the u.s. government 10 years if all the money and figure out where the money came from and where it finally ended up through the different shell companies. but thank goodness we have good witnesses and whistleblowers from the irs to have done some of that investigation. done some of that work until they are blocked by what it sounds like to beat new york garland who is going to be key to all of this. we have to get him under oath. we have to get it before congress and we have to get the truth. we do not have a lot of time is going to take a lot of money and resources on the got to work fast. what's to become responsible and

growth. we have seen the success there. what to do with technology? look at some these names met up 100 plus% pre-microsoft up 40% year to date. apple hit a three chewing dollar valuation on friday. what's he want to do if you've got all these outsized gains in your portfolio intact? hold them or sell them? but she went to be grateful they did not raise your capitol gains taxes for one thing. if you do need to sell the spry going to be capitol gain taxes now that's never a reason to hold a stock avoiding taxation. went to trim gains in all of those all are great companies they do have anything negative to say about the business for the stock price on the business are two different things and prints are the most important things in investor could ever learn. a stock price can be disconnected from the reality of the business even when the reality of a business is very good. that is why you see these things going. they are overpriced, maria.

maria: real quick on the economy, david. about two weeks will start getting the second quarter earnings releases j.p. morgan will kick us off on july 14 i believe. what everybody or from earnings and how does that fit with the narrative you are expecting a mild recession? too definitely start up the second quarter with significant bank failures affect continuing to raise rates and banks having such a struggle. look at their earnings in a week or so. i think people will be very surprised out the big banks are. interesting quarter for earnings. they underperforming companies and over perform. it's going to florida stock pickers to market the index market and very competent in that. price for the best dividend payers and dividend growers?
