use someone's race as a factor in admission, but if they have had a personal experience with racism that they've overcome, you can consider that. so harvard is going to start asking for essays with the experience peoples have had people have had with race and with racism, so they'll draw that distinction. it's a way around, the court said. you can't use these essays to get around our ruling. but i think that's what harvard is going to do. there are also eliminating s a t s, or at least mandatory s a t s. that was the primary evidence used by the asian students in the supreme court case to prove the discrimination so they're not going to get rid of the discrimination. they're going to get rid of the proof of the discrimination. could those alternative strategies lead to another court case? i think it will, but from harvard's point of view and other elite universities, i don't think they really care. they've got so much money. harvard litigated this case for seven years before it reached the supreme court. so while i think they won't do

anything overtly to disobey the supreme court, i think harvard and other universities are going to try secretive ways around it , professor we've seen woke policies taking over college campuses. his the latest case. sienna heights university, a catholic college in michigan, is using $35,000 in federal guard grants to launch a quote, justice, equity diversity and inclusion program. um you know what this woke? push doesn't seem to work. so why are so many schools continuing to push for it? what's what's the reasoning behind it? well it's become an ideological fervor. it's almost become a religion, diversity, equity and inclusion, and there are many studies that show that it's actually counterproductive that it makes people dislike each other even more, but they keep doing it because that's the ideology that has taken over academia. and now some corporations, which is everybody

is just a proxy for a group. there is no such thing as true individual, so it's a religion for them literally. come to ask you about this to your watchdog group, the equal protection project. it's demanding that linkedin take down its diversity and recruiting feature on their website. you say it violates the supreme court ruling we just had on affirmative action, right? right well, what linkedin is doing is pretty outrageous. they manipulate the pools of candidates that they present to perspective. employers based on diversity criteria, so they don't just present the candidates who have the best resume. they manipulate that pool to get based on race and other factors. and a lot of employers don't even know this is being done. lincoln's not at all transparent about it, but you can't use race in these other protected factors as an employment criteria, and lincoln is doing essentially the dirty work for employers. they're screening people based on demographics, and they're manipulating the really
