it's very hard to keep track of all the spending programs. >> it's going to end very poorly under obama and you mentioned in earlier segment something that i'm really, really concerned about with the heat in the southwest there's going to be in enormous amount of stress on the grid in the grid increasingly depends on wind and solar and is a higher demand for the electricity because electric cars, i think there is a real chance that we're going to have a catastrophe in the southwest because all of a sudden your brownouts and people get user air-conditioning is 120 degrees there's been no careful forward planning about how are we going to do this or do that transition and you see inflation because they spent too much and did not plan but i think really see the electric grid this summer that's extremely painful, for the high pressure system that's big and wide like right now that he goes from l.a. to new mexico, within the high pressure system there
