apple, amazon and the largest six, once they're over 4.5% of that holding, if the combined companies that are over 4.5% of the index equal more than 40% of the index, they have to rebalance it so it's happened twice before most recently in 2011. so they're going to go in on friday and they're going to take down those bigger holdings that are now overweight, the microsoft and apples of the world, and they're going to bring up the holdings, the weightings of the other 94 companies in the index. that means money coming out of the biggest of big tech and going into the next stage of big tech. stuart: is it all over come friday when they've made the rebalancing after that we just move on as normal? >> absolutely. this is a opportunity that you see -- so you saw yesterday money come as this news spread throughout the markets, money coming out of the biggest of big tech, the big six, and moving

believe your rights came from god and they need to protect the rights. stuart: have you started doing this in oklahoma schools and if so, what's the reaction? >> we're doing a deep dive into how do we ensure in our curriculum we have the constitution, the federalist paper and biblical references and have heard from a lot of educators around the state that are very excited and they want to teach the instagram reigns --history and they know the federal government is pushing grants and other moneys into the schools to try and undermine the efforts rather than say we want our kids to know our wild horse saloon reigns leading and we've got a bunch of excited folks ready for this. we hear from parents saying we want our kids to have an appreciation for the country like my generation had and the generation before that and we want to make sure it's the most inspiring story our kids with learn and it was great because of the individuals that help found it.

by this. stuart: why are you doing this? >> well, it's consist with what's happening over in many countries in europe in the scandinavian countries and united kingdom and the number of kids put on this street mishanded exponentially and evidence not support for radical interventions for kids that can't consent to potentially life-altering consequences, sterility and inability to ever have children. minors need to be protected from making bad choices and it's in many other contexts and this law follows the course charted by all the other laws. stuart: i suspect there's going to be an avalanche of lawsuits or months down the road from people that receive the treatment and have been harmed by it, you think? >> well, we're seeing de-transitioners now who come out and are speaking openly about their regret and about the
