for the dow industrials. will you look at that, it's now up 300 points. the nasdaq's down 20, s&p's up 14, but look at the dow go. hoe me big tech, please, a mixed picture for you. it's not mixed at all, they're all down. on the downside today. not by much, but they're down. the 0-year treasury yield also down -- 10-year, 3.75%. that's the markets. tuesday morning. now this. tomorrow house republicans will take a deep dive into the biden family's corrupt financial dealings. we may all have some financial -- rather, scandal fatigue, but this is not going to be swept under the rug. this will make headlines. the oversight committee will expose a deliberate cover-up. and is you know the cover-up can be damaging than the crime. you're going to see two irs whistleblowers. they will tell the oversight committee how they were blocked from a full investigation of the

millions of dollars that flowed to the biden family from overseas. in december 2020, right after the election, they wanted to interview the president's son, hunter, but he was tipped off that they were coming, tipped off by the secret service and by biden's own transition team, for heaven sake. he lawyered up, he was never interviewed. how convenient. if the or chair of the committee, james comer, has the evidence of financial skullduggery, bank records showing the wiring of money around the world and around the biden family. that's what the ricks -- irs agents allege was covered up. if the republicans had not won control of the house, we would never know about any of this. the democrats would immediately condemn the whole thing, but, but they may quietly add this to the list of problems they have of with biden's re-election campaign. he's only got four staffers, he has no campaign headquarters and has done very little actual campaigning. add in his low approval ratings,

he wouldn't intervene on behalf of his son to try to protect him? i mean, hunter biden got a slap on the wrist for a federal gun charge that results in convictions in 94% of the cases with a likely prison sentence of over 4 years. but hunter biden, because his last name's biden, got a slap on the wrist. so, of course, i believe that this administration that is deeply corrupt has intervened to try to protect his son. but i also don't think we're fully. registering the fact that we live in a country where political rivals are arrested. and you can go back to covid, and almost half of democrats wants to put people like me for not getting vaccinated in government hands. so what do you think is going the happen if republicans lose the 2024 election? do you think it stops at trump or where do you think this heads? stuart: very good question. i don't think, and i've said this many times on the program, that ultimately joe biden will not be the democrat candidate in 2024. i don't think they'll let him run. what say you to that?

>> with you're more brave than me in making that prediction. i'm a little scarred from the midterm elections and really -- [laughter] stuart: me too. >> -- thinking that republicans were going to do a lot better. so i'm trying to be very cautious heading into 2024, and i don't want to lead anyone astray. not that you're trying to do that, but i'm a little more gun shy, to be honest. stuart: congressman jim jordan is going to join us in just a few minutes with a preview of tomorrow's hearing. i think it's going to be a blockbuster. jim jordan will confirm that. next one for you, lisa, trump's former chief of staff john kelly thinks a second trump term would result in chaos. he tells "the new york times", and i'm quoting now, it just simply would be chaotic because he'd be continually trying to exceed his authority, but the second fence would go along with it. a nonstop gunfight with congress and the courts, end quote. lisa, is kelly right? what do you think about another, second term? >> obviously, he was fired or he

was pushed out, so you have to take that with a grain of salt. but to his point p i mean, by definition trump would be walking into the white house as a lame duck president. that does present challenges in trying to get things done. if you look at how corrupt the fbi and the government is, the desperate need for great reform within government, i worry about being able to get that done with only four years and done in a meaningful way that can't just be reversed if you look at executive actions, obviously. the sec democrats -- second democrats come back into power, they would reverse -- change the executive orderses. so i worry that four years might not be enough to get the things done that we need to get done in order to live in a constitutional republic, in a free country. stuart: okay. do you think we've got a little bit of a scandal and investigation fatigue that may push these investigations into the background because we've seen it, so much of it, we can't follow it? fatigue? >> yeah, that's a great point,

stuart. you know, i remember i was on with @loudobbs you know, forever ago, and i was trying to explain the appropriations process, and he said do you think the viewers' eyes are glazed over. [laughter] the thing is people have short attention span, and i do worry this might be a little too con so a luted, and they need to make it easily digestible to americans because there's so many things going on in even's life. you've got the economy, the border, the corruption at the white house, there is so much that is being presented to the american people. it's just got to be concise, it's got to be absolute, and it's really got to tie joe biden to truly selling out the american people for foreign money, which i believe he did. but they need to make that case in an easily digestible way, and i hope they do. stuart: we in the media have to deliver clarity on this. that's our job, and we intend to do it. >> so true. stuart: don't be such a stranger. >> thank you, stuart, take care. thank you. stuart: mike murphy joins us. you know, you're right.

my older kids all saw the disney movies. but when they're required to make half of the characters gay or part of lgbtq, that's not what i want to take my 7-year-old to see. i don't think that's what she needs to see. she wants to see something entertaining, a story about a princess and a prince or something similar. so i think what they've done, there's pictures of disney parks, theme parks that used to be cash cows for them, empty. we've never seen this type of 'em ityness at disney. it's not what people want. so i don't know how the ceo and management is going to right this, but they need to because companies all the way down to $150 billion market cap. stuart: it was much higher than that, i remember that. you're with us for the hour. before with you leave this particular block, thank you very much for uber. was just speaking about, they need to pay attention and they need to realize that if they go out and work hard employers like myself are going to want to employ them. if they bring value to a business with, they're going to be employable, and they'll be able to make a lot of money. we're going to have new technology. right now we're talking about artificial if intelligence. there'll be more new technology after that, but there'll always be a place in the work force for someone who wants to go out and rather than worrying about whether technology will take their job, go out, go in to work, be on time, show up, work hard, deliver value, there will always be a place for those people. stuart: you sound like an more than. >> well, that's good. use the wrong pronoun on someone, that is a crime? sorry, that's ridiculous. >> yeah, it isly ridiculous, but that's what a plurality of millennials now think according to a new poll just down from "newsweek". gen z's right behind them with about 30 something percent agreeing. it's craze i to me. it would obviously get struck down in the counts as a violation of the constitution, but also i'd flip this back on my gen-z peers, i mean, what about your slang that people take offense to? okay, boomer, karen, i mean, there's a lot of people who find those terms and words offensive. if we're going to start banning offensive speech, that's not going to work out well for gen-z, nor is it actually going to convince people to use preferred pronouns because americans don't like being told what to do. so i think this will only enginedder more resistance if they actually do go down that past. stuart: i just can't actually believe they'd do that sort of

thing, but there you go. biden has been called out for tweeting a factual error. he said real wageses were higher now than they were pre-pandemic e. twitter says real wages are actually lower. you say the president's gaslighting usen on bidenomics. explain that one to me. >> yeah. i mean, gaslighting is when they tell you that the sky is green and just keep remeeting it until you believe it, and that's what president biden is doing. he's telling us inflation is falling and we're lowering costs and giving american families more breathing room as if we done know how numbers and rates work. inflation going from 9% annualized to 3% annualized doesn't mean prices are falling, it means that they're going up, just at a slower rate. [laughter] and on the same vein is, his claim about average hour -- real earnings is just false. they're actually down 3% since he took office. i mean, heritage foundation has run these numbers. the average american family's lost $6,000 due to inflation under president biden. so, look, he's gaslighting us,

he's being totally dishonest. they have senator people working for them that know better, but with a record like this, i almost can't blame them because what else do they have. stuart: brad, you've commented on two stories, the culture war- and and now bidenomics. that's the economics in the campaign. which do you think is most important in 2024, the economy or culture wars? >> i this i it's almost becoming hard to pratt the two. obviously, the economy is of top concern the voters, it's all kind of coming from the same place and wrapped up. i went to the university of massachusetts ham hurst -- amherst, and i can tell you the woke pronoun stuff and the communism kind of go hand in hand. stuart: we had one of your professors on the show a few years ago, a a socialist. he came right out with it. i don't know what -- he was your professor at amherst, was he?

think it goes to show to be the world leader as the united states, you know, there's a lot of talk about china taking over as the world leader, it's easier said than done. i think they're going through that right now. stuart: it looks like it, doesn't it? climate czar john kerry looking to redefine our relationship with china using climate talks. ashley, how would that work? ashley: very good question, because he jetted over there i'd like to point out. kerry says the u.s. and china can forge a partnership as the two largest world economies to tackle global warming. that that's what he says. his three-day visit to beijing aimed at reviving climate cooperation. yesterday kerry met with his chinese counterpart for nearly 12 hours at a beijing hotel. topics of discussion between the two sides include the issue of climate financing, china's coal consumption which is going up, by the way, and the abatement of methane, a potent greenhouse gas. the u.s. has tried to keep climate issues separate from

wider diplomatic disputes, but china maintains the climate cannot be separated from broader concerns. ed asked how the discussions were going, kerry said too early to assess. stu. stuart: how convenient. ♪ ♪ ♪ stuart: yes, i knew that song, my sharona. i didn't know it was the knack that sang it, but evidently they do. that is san diego, california, 68 degrees. wonderful weather, especially san diego. that's what they've development got going for them. the standout this morning is the dow which is up 3600 odd points -- 360, a better than 1% gain this tuesday morning. murphy's till with me. i want to take a look at charles schwab, nice gain, 12. they reported yell, must have been good stuff. >> it was good, better than expected. down year-over-year, but if you remember when you had the silicon valley bank issue, back came all the way down from 80 down into the mid 50s. we talked about it here, and the belief was that they could be the next one -- if everyone pulls their assets out of schwab, they can go away. well, clearly, that's not happening. they had almost one million new

accounts come in to their firm in the last quarter which is phenomenal. that tells you schwab is going nowhere, they will be average, they'll be back to that old high level are. there was a scare here, but it was an opportunity for investors. hopefully people followed it when we were talking about it, but i think there's still a lot of upside. stuart: a million new accounts in 12 weeks, that's good. how about palantir? i don't know whether they're up, down or sideways. they are up. >> here's another stock that we talked about a few weeks ago. it's come down from its highs in a big way, but there's a lot of talk about what they're doing and how artificial intelligence is going to help their business. and this isn't one of these companies just growing it out, this is a company that artificial intelligence will have a major impact on their business. so i think the investment community's waking up to that now, so you've seen it making a move from the 12, 13, 14 level back to 17, a lot of upside. stuart: a nice a.i. move, and you still think there's more upside to come. >> yes.

stuart: the house judiciary committee now wants information from pfizer, johnson and johnson and merck if. this is all about the investigation into the biden administration's censorship campaign. house judiciary chair jim jordan joins us this morning. congressman, i'm going to get to tomorrow's big with hearings later on. >> okay. stuart: right now i want to know which documents from big pharma do you want, and why do you want them? >> well, we just had reason to believe they were part of this overall censorship effort. we got this amazing decision on july 4th in the federal court in louisiana what they said big government was working hand in glove to censor american speech, and they talked about all these agencies including cdc, nih, anthony chi. we also want to know if they were in that equation was big pharma, was johnson & johnson, pfizer, merck, did they participate, were they willing participants. so we want that information. we think it may exist, we think there's a good chance this happened, and we just want to

know because we want to know how pervasive this overall effort was the restrict americans' first amendment liberties. stuart: okay. so you want that from big pharma. next case, your committee's going to hear testimony from the irs whistleblowers tomorrow. >> yeah. stuart: what are we going to see? i think it's going to be a block buster. -- blockbuster. this is a really big deal. >> we're going to hear from two of these new irs whistleblowers. no one has refuted one thing these officials have said, we now have an fbi agent who's come forward who's confirmed what these two whistleblowers have brought to the united states congress. so i think the question is quickly becoming who are you going to belief, bide -- believe, biden's justice department who said that parents were terrorists, that catholics were extremists, or two whistleblowers who have had outstanding are reviews, who have each worked for over a decade, were the go-to guys in the agency for handling international tax fraud cases.

queue going to believe them whose story has been now confirmed by an fbi agent, or are you going to believe the garland-biden justice department. i think the american people are going to believe these guys. stuart: the story tomorrow is the cover-up. it'll be how an administration covered up this financial scandal. that's what you're going to see tomorrow, correct? >> yeah. remember, attorney general garland said the u.s. attorney, david weiss, had complete authority to do, handle the case how he wanted. well, mr. shapley, one of the irs whistle blow ors said david weiss told the investigative team just a the opposite, that he wasn't in charge of deciding where charges are filed and when they do that. so you've got two different stories -- both can't be right and, again, the credibility seems to be all on the whistleblowers' side. stuart: i just worry about investigation and scandal fatigue. >> yeah. stuart: it is very difficult for viewers to follow who met who and where and who said what and who contradicts that. you can get awfully lost in

these weeds. i think our job tomorrow and perhaps yours too is to deliver clarity. i want them to know in simple, understandable terms exactly what happened. can you do it? >> i think we can. and, you know, one thing i've learned is when you have whistleblowerses testifying in front of congress, let them blow the whistle. let them communiques candidate. -- communicate. we've had fbi agents who knock it out of the park because they told their story, and the democrats wound up attacking them not just on what they said, but personally. i think if that happens tomorrow, we'll see, but i think you let these individuals tell, give their testimony which which, again, has not wavered. which is quite different, frankly, from what we hear from the biden-garland justice department. stuart: you're threatening to hold fbi director christopher wray and mark zuckerberg in contempt of congress. seems to me you're pulling all the levers to get to the bottom of big tech censorship. this is a full court press on

your part. >> we want to know the internal communications. we know the government was pressuring big tech to censor speech, we want to see the internal communications because we think facebook was willing to do this. we want those communications that, frankly, twitter turned over to us and gave to the whole country via the twitter files, so we've seen -- we'd like to see that information from facebook. and, of course, with director wray, a lot of things we want to know but specifically when who were the five agents who sign us after on this memorandum that said if you're a pro-life catholic, you're a radical, you're an extremist. how does that happen in the richmond field office, how does that thing get approved, and they won't let us talk to the five individuals who signed off on that memorandum that was so wrong. stuart: we're going to get some accountability at some point, right in. >> i hope so. i hope so. stuart: you're going to drive this train real hard, aren't you? >> well, we have to. that's our job. stuart: it occurs to me half republican -- had republicans not won control of the house, we

philadelphia thursday. he'll discuss how his bidenomics agenda is growing the economy from the middle out and the bottom up according to the white house. republicans call biden's economic strategy nonsense. >> aren't feeling it in every measure of the economy. so for them to come out and try to tell us all is well is absolutely absurd. >> reporter: jpmorgan chase ceo jamie dimon has said he'd be careful about bidenomics. in an interview with the economist, he described the president's economic approach as industrial policy where the government supports certain industries for political reasons. dimon says he approves of government sport in certain areas relating to national security. he also says democrat spending billses have boosted inflation. massachusetts senator elizabeth warren tweeted, quote, well, boohoo. the whole point of bidenomics is to make our economy work for working people, not just wall street ceos. today the administration has sent out a couple of press releases highlighting what it figures is about $40 billion in

among florida republicans. >> look, i think he has personal issues with me going back to when he was a county mayor. i opposed the fact that he implemented a curfew during covid because i didn't feel that there was any nexus between covid cases and the curfew, and i thought it was hurting everyday small businesses and waiters that were trying to get a third serving at restaurants. so there's a lot of issues like that where he and i butted heads, and, you know, i guess it's personal for him. it's never personal for me. even if i don't agree agree with someone, i don't make it personal. it's just not who i am. i think it shouldn't be that way. stuart: there are criteria to get into this debate, one of which is you've got to reach certain polling level. you're not polling very well at all. in fact, you're almost hash marks in the polls. >> well, i've seen multiple polls where i've met the threshold. and i'll tell you i'm not in every poll which is something we're working on, making sure i'm actually in every poll, which i should be. but i've seen multiple polls

couple of things that supplement in a big way, the women's world cup. the number of girls that are growing up right now becoming huge soccer fans continues to expand. that's going to be taking place in australia, new zealand, good chance the u.s. women win. and then in 2026 -- and i think this is really going to put soccer onto an, employeesive fast tracking -- playing soccer in the united states is going to be huge for the 2026 world cup. remember, we're just now reaping the dividend of what happened when the 1994 world cup took place, the overall number of kids has skyrocketed in terms of soccer participation. i think messi is going to make soccer cool. and i'll just give you an example. when i was a kid growing up, nobody wore soccer jerseys. no one that i knew ever had a soccer jersey on. i've got three boys, 15, 12 and 8. they all regularly wear soccer jerseys, and a lot of them do it for international soccer teams.
