nasdaq rebalancing and stuff like that, which isn't, you know, great considering they've all performed very well this year. but it se seems like, you know,f you listen to the earnings calls three months ago, analysts were pounding the table saying what are you going to do in the event of a recession? now this round of earnings calls so far is more or less okay, what are you gone to do now that there's a soft landing. that's what i've been hearing on the earnings calls and i think that's pretty interesting, and that's 100% bullish for the market. stuart: that is positive. no question about that. you got to tell me about microsoft. they're finding new ways to monetize artificial intelligence. i got a bit of that. >> you're smiling ear to ear. e. stuart: i am indeed. barclay says microsoft going to $425 a share. >> yeah, microsoft is a must known. every single portfolio, it's, what, a 7% waiting in s&p 500, somewhere around there. it's something if you haven't own it had this year and it's

in toxic led, is that overdone? that's what news street research says. they estimate the financial fallout could be between 4.4 billion and 21 billion for the entire industry. if you look at main stocks and how much market value that they've lost since that wall street journal report, it's way more than 21 billion. maybe it's overdone and we're seeing that in the share reaction today. stuart: way fair, they were huge during the pandemic lockdown. lauren: furniture online. they're up 2.5%. yes, we got retail sales and yes, they disappointed but wayfair says the consumer is strong or should say burnstein says the consumer is strong and they've raised their value on wayfair and they used the word more dorable and battle inflation and interest rates and burn stei n said we're dorable. stuart: toast, it's a breakfast

in lower risk crimes won't be stuck in jail due to no money. 60 illinois sheriffs and states attorneys brought suit is a lower court said it violates the rights of victims by letting them back on the street and they said it harms people in poor minority communities the most. >> still doesn't change the safety,s within those neighborhoods and when you put these offenders back out on the street, all they're going to do is terrorize those same neighborhoods that are consistently the violent drivers within the statistics. reporter: illinois governor jb pritzker is a champion of the safe t act and called it historic saying pretrial detainment is now determined by the danger of the individual to the community instead of ability to pay their way out of jail. the violence in chicago was light by chicago's standards lags night, only four people shot last night but over the weekend 40 people shot and four killed and one of the murders was a stabbing.

certain areas of the city. they don't want to be somewhere where someone might come in and threaten them or assault them. stuart: skrmetti some video from san francisco and a walgreens in san francisco chaining freezers shut to try and stop shoplifters. why would anyone go into that store to buy anything? >> it hurts trying to go into the wall greens and guy a beef jerky and it's all locked up, deodorant, all locked up. it's most convenient stores now. maybe sometimes they'll just put one product out instead of stock the shelves because they're afraid of people walking in and grabbing stuff and walking out. and it's been happening for awhile now. it's getting worse.

living apartment that has said they've basically been terrorized by the folks that have lived there. there is a homicide investigation going on at this particular encampment and apparently there's shots fired pretty frequently but the fact they've got this pool sends the message of some kind of permanency and that's what people are up in arms about. stuart: i want to get to something a bit more serious here. house progressive chair, as you know she called israel a racist state and tried to walk it back a little, walk back the comments but that didn't stop the other squad members from voting against the house's proisrael resolution. what do you think of this division within the democrat party? >> i think the democrat party has animality semitism -- an anti-semitism problem and cocoming from the progressive wg of the party and do very little to directly call out the members of their own caucus that are pushing this nonsense. she didn't walk anything back
