on capitol hill. we have two new news nuggets this morning. we just learned this morning that the house oversight committee is expected to issue subpoenas this week for the bank records for james biden and also for hunter biden. listen. >> i just had an oversight committee meeting today. we were talking about the upcoming subpoenas. they are finishing with the house counsel, finishing the legal paperwork, ways and means, judiciary and oversight committees together, so we can send out our subpoenas. >> reporter: kevin mccarthy officially announced impeachment a week ago but potential for government shutdown friends progress on the impeachment fund. it was thought that impeachment, conservatives were upset about government funding. it failed to do that. mccarthy is worried the fight over funding could interfere with impeachment.
