ten year. that's a big yield. a new poll conducted by the washington post, abc news shows donald trump with ten-point lead over president biden and hypothetical 2024 rematch. governor mike huckabee, former arkansas governor joins me now. the washington post is trying to downplay their own poll because they think it shows trump too far ahead but democrats, i can imagine even if they won't admit it, they are getting pretty nervous, don't you think? >> i think it's funny the washington post is downplaying their own poll like a chef bringing a dish to the table saying don't eat this, it's awful, horrible, it will make you sick but go ahead, we will serve it to you because you bought it, that's kind of how it's going through this. it's hard for them to understand but it's hard for most americans to understand between inflation and the fact that we have this

having to bail out automobile companies so it's a scary proposition what's happening. >> it's all related to the green energy program of the president which is diminishing the amount of oil we are producing as a nation, natural gas we have the ability to produce. i'm wondering if there's any hope for these industries in terms of fossil fuel cars based on what's happening with the government cutting back on fossil fuel production in the united states. >> i think we saw this on shoring, we're shoring playing into the narrative of the automobile industry getting traction but it's a big uphill battle. >> speaking of oil, what you think will happen if the oil going up above $90 today, a little below 90 although it was above 90 earlier, eventually it's going to translate into inflation not only in terms of

♪ >> we have some breaking news on the migrant story, 11000 migrants encountered at the border in just the last 24 hours. with jenkins in eagle pass, texas with more on this, what's it like they are now? >> hey david, it's like something i've never seen. i've covered the border for than a decade and in eagle pass the last two and a half years and here where it's been gone zero for two years, we haven't seen the numbers we are seeing right now at all. there are more than 4000 over the weekend and in just eagle pass. literally walking past our camera, let me take into the sky with our fox flight team and i can show you cameras on the land, migrants crossing into group of 50 or 60 euros that have already crossed waiting to go through miles of dangerous

population? >> when we look at the statistics and the governor talked about -- a proper first step addressing this, eight out of ten people chronically homeless suffering from mental health and drug addiction, we need to deal with the drug addiction and mental health that requires treatment, mandatory treatment so that's not happening right now. >> this suggestion is or the idea in my head, it came out when you are suing your own city, the money is ill spent, somebody is putting it in their own pocket somehow. it is the any truth to that, suspicion on your part that might be where the money went, there is fraud here? >> we are going to get the process, i'm going to get answers everybody wants an answer to. where is the money going? how efficient and effective of the programs pouring millions upon millions into with lack of results.
