elizabeth: let's welcome to the show from house oversight congressman pat fallon. you were at the first house impeachment inquiry hearing. tell us what you saw. >> liz, we saw the democrats continue to claim there's no evidence for an impeachment inquiry and of course, i think that's completely ludicrous. there's -- you can teach a three credit college course about all the things we've found and all the information we find continues to corroborate the evidence that's already been uncovered and never contradicts it and it was just a bunch of hot air for the democrats and we laid it out with specificity. elizabeth: hunter biden sold access to the biden brand meaning his father in 23 nations and this true that hunter texted that his father was "my family's only asset"? >> seems that way. joe bind was the brand. why for instance would the former first lady of moscow,

spakovsky. what did you take from this today, francey? >> there's no evidence but they're not saying there's no smoke bun but some say that. what they're saying is there no, sir evidence tieing any corruption into president biden, and that is just laughable. you've got a ton of evidence. maybe not beyond a reasonable doubt as the congressman just said, but it is probable cause and probable cause is a standard that's used, or used to be used, by the department of justice to get a grand jury indictment and get search warrants and pursue a strong investigation, and it's obvious they've been derelict in their duty and haven't done that and this impeachment inquiry is bringing up a lot of evidence and at minimum probable cause to believe that joe biden has been selling his office through his son hunter.
5:09 pm
elizabeth: what francey said, hans, nancy pelosi launched impeachment on president trump based on one phone call. the evidence isn't there yet to tie joe biden to crimes and misdemeanors right now in office. could you see where that could go? could it go towards that? >> oh, yeah, look. there's more than enough circumstantial evidence and witness testimony to warrant opening an impeachment inquiry and as you were saying before and the way the media and other democrats were trying to misinterpret what jonathan turley was saying and saying, oh, well, he sunk this whole thing. no, what he said was we're not voting today on articles of impeachment and there's not enough evidence for that, but there's more than enough evidence to open up an investigation and in fact, all the evidence uncovered so far

great thinker. tammy, it's good to see you again. senator chuck schumer, is he losing credibility -- [laughter] from his fellow democrats? i mean, the the senate just unanimously reinstated the dress code in a rebuke to him. he had unilaterally gotten rid of it for senator john fetterman. what do you think? >> i think that there is a level of chaos, we know that, in general not just in congress, but with both parties as they try to figure out why the country's on fire. and this is an example of that where you've got people so out of touch and just kind of in their own bubble that, you know, nobody can really figure out what the pro part of this was. what was he getting by doing this? it was like a race ott bottom. to the bottom. so it's good that we did see that republicans and democrats could work together and get something done, and that was nice because it was mitt romney and joe manchin, so there they are, you know, they got something done. and thousand it's normal -- now it's formal. before it was informal.

john fetterman is now responsible for finally formalizing the rule that just says business attire. just wear business attire. and everybody knows, and this is i think a sign of why this was a problem, that even if you're depressed, we're told that, you know, the senator was depressed and he has that history, all of us have been depressed at one point in the last few years. we know that to get out of that is to have some respect for yourself and the people around you, to get dressed, right? to take a shower, to get out of the house, and this guy was doing the opposite. and you're not going to denigrate yourself or that environment if you really want to become healthier and better. so none of this made any sense, and it'll be better for him and better for the senate. elizabeth: yeah. the other thing too is senator schumer is still silent as about 30 senators demand bob menendez resign. it looks like they're going to move the votes over the weekend to do a stopgap government
