they have been indoctrinated, unfortunately, over the years particularly at the universities but even going back in some places and high schools so we have a real problem. our universities are in a tailspin going down, down, down. enrollments are done, they are not helping students learn skills that would help them get jobs and what they are teaching them is not good for this country. >> how about an executive action from president biden saying no more federal funding if you have students threatening jewish students? now is heading to the courts my students at nyu sued nyu for agree just anti-semitism and civil rights violations. mark cast with said today cornell, harvard and you plan on a list for possible lawsuit. how about taking away levels of tax exempt status and federal funding?

>> we are going to be working on that issue. i talked with chairman of the ways and means committee, we are going to work together on that issue. the department of education can already go in and investigate title six violations civil rights violations for students religious beliefs and they are doing that. they said they should be doing that already, they did it under trump, trump came forth with good programs to protect the students but the biden administration hasn't issued the rules to enforce it. we need to do more, we don't want the president issuing more executive orders. he thinks the executive branch already is all three branches of government. he wants to be the legislative, executive and judicial branch. we need to do this work in congress and we will do this
