this is a sign of a historic march for israel. it is not a nice story. a nasty little piece of this termination and hate. 900 people tried to get charter planes to take them to the march. the jewish federation of metropolitan detroit, it took off from detroit landing at dulles airport, some of the bus drivers who were hired to take from to the march called in sick. the organizers of the delegation called a malicious walk out of drivers. many people were stranded on the plains. they couldn't get to the airport because private charters are not required to go through the tsa. they didn't get to the rally. they were stuck for hours. that's an example of nastiness, anti-semitic nastiness. the march was a classic, 300,000 people turned out to support israel. no violence, no ugly chanting. senate leader schumer, speaker johnson, they all linked arms

any appropriateness in terms of the denial of service, people changing their names in rideshare apps because they don't want to be treated that way, something that's very tragic to be happening in america today. the outpouring of people who came to washington has a powerful symbol to sent to the american people, jewish people in america are strong, and they are going to make themselves heard. we see so often depictions of these outrageous marches, the idiocy on college campuses across the country from people who don't know any better but sometimes really ought to when it comes to their expressions of hate. this was a very good demonstration of the other side of that story. to see that kind of outpouring

and presence, bipartisan presence of support in washington, significant thing and good for the country. stuart: last one for you. 8 republicans voted against impeaching alejandra mayorkas. they claim he has not committed a high crime or misdemeanor. not getting the job done, he's going to be in office until the end of next year. we are nowhere really are we? >> i cannot believe anyone in their right mind would think that alejandro mayorkas is doing his job. historically, the very first impeachment that happened in american history was of a judge who happened to be an alcoholic. he would show up drunk to adjudicate things so he got impeached. in other words, it is not just the fact he needs to have committed a distinctive crime

texas voted in favor of a controversial immigration law. i want to hear more about this, actually. ashley: it creates two new state crimes for migrants who enter or try to reenter texas from another country, punishable by two years in prison. one of the most controversial provisions allows law enforcement to arrest migrants they suspect of unlawfully crossing into texas. judges will have the opportunity to order some drivers to return to the country they illegally crossed from. in other words mexico. if migrants refuse they could be charged with second-degree felony and faced 20 years in prison. critics claim the new laws are simply racist and will lead to rights fred -- widespread racial profiling and it is a government response ability. supporters say texas has every right to protect its citizens. i think this is headed to court.

stuart: everything heads to court eventually. bob menendez is facing another challenger for his senate seat in new jersey, another challenger for 2024. who is jumping into the race? ashley: new jersey first lady tammy murphy. she says she's ready to challenge men and does, focusing on reducing maternal and infant mortality, changing the state education requirements to include climate change. according to her campaign launch video, she is ready for the u.s. senate. >> i am tammy murphy and i am ready to work every single day in the united states senate for you, your family, and our country. join us. ashley: she is ready. the video does not directly mention menendez who was indicted on federal bribery charges in september. murphy has neville held elected office but if elected she would

the year. am i going to be a buyer of stocks? not after the rally of the past 2 or 3 weeks. it is egregiously overbought on the upside. i still think the fed remains higher longer for a long period of time and the economy is doing much poorer than the data would indicate. i am on the sidelines. when i was on maria's show, she asked what if i was to purchase anything? the only areas i had interest in were commercial reits and regional banks. i wish i had bought them. i was bullish of them but didn't pull the trigger. i missed this market and i am wrong. stuart: you are an honest man. how long is this going to go on? how long are you going to be out of the market?

>> until it stops. that's the best thing i want to say. i learned the hard way, it goes farther than anybody anticipates on the downside, it will go higher than anybody wants on the upside. this has gone dramatically higher than i ever would have dreamed of in a correction. i will wait for 3% or 5% correction before getting interested in buyer stocks once again. stuart: what are you in? 5% treasuries? >> 85% of what i own in two or three years, i am sure little the market. the gold market has helped me dramatically over the last three or four days which helped a lot. gold is only $30, $2000 per ounce level. that is impressive especially given deflationary numbers that came out this morning. gold should have been down $30 an ounce.

[sound of artillery strike] >> reporter: we are able to watch the explosions taking place. we can hear the loud booms artillery overhead. looking in the south, israeli soldiers inside the hospital releasing these new images from inside. it has been a lengthy stand up. israeli forces say they created this target operation, brought arabic speaking soldiers and paramedics to not only be specific joined for this mission but to prevent civilian casualties. so far they say they recovered weapons and military gear.

exchange for all of that so they could potentially release 50 hostages. stuart: actually, i want to know what this is about, rashida tlaib being a member of a secret group on facebook, what is that about? ashley: fox news digital found tlaib is part of a social media group in which its members glamorize hamas. the michigan democrat is a member of the palestinian american congress group on facebook, that group, hidden from nonmembers does not appear on the platform search engine. the group's founder who has extensive ties to tlaib has come under fire for anti-semitic social media posts including questioning that the holocaust ever actually happened. since the hamas attack on israel in october 7th, the group posted a series of statements supporting the terrorist group including one that stated we don't want to throw you in the sea, we want
