answers. people are trying to get information. they're trying to make sure when they do convey that to the american people it is accurate, it is truthful. we've seen a real problem with that coming from this white house on a whole host of topics. this one they need to get right. people are heading out for thanksgiving, heading to airports, on airplanes, trying to get across the southern border, northern border. they're trying to mobilize move throughout this country. they need facts honesty, truth. what you don't want to hear no big deal if in in fact turns out to be terrorism. the white house needs to level with us, let the american people know what is at stake and what we're fighting here. i hate to go to this posture at this point because we have so many people coming across the southern around northern borders there are some concerns across this country. that is why joe biden is failing so miserably at the southern border. that is why the american people are concerned about his leadership. they understand quite frankly it is not by accident. this is by design.
4:44 pm
david: katie, one word i think of is credibility. when the secretary of transportation buttigieg comes out and makes a statement about what's happening with travel, with thanksgiving day travel, when you consider what's happening unnorth with this border explosion, are people going to believe him? are people going to trust what he says? >> well look, the number one job of the commander-in-chief which is president joe biden is to keep the american people safe. now it's looking more like the situation was not a terrorist attack. that would be a very good thing but that doesn't erase the fact there are very serious threats this country faces and this administration has opened the southern border. there are hundreds of known tourists, also terrorists on the watch list caught at the border. there have been millions of people who have gotten away. there are millions of people who have been released on to the streets of american communities with no background checks and no
4:45 pm
information about where they came from, other than they came from countries like yemen, countries that have terrorist hot spots all over the world and when you talk to border patrol agents working in arizona and texas they are highly alarmed what they're being asked to do every single day to release these unknown people into american communities without knowing who they are. most are adult single males. they don't know what their intentions are. it is pretty easy to understand common sense those are threats to americans and something this administration brushed off, actually lied to the american people saying the border is secure and they act like catching a couple hundred people on the terrorist watch list is a success rather than saying we're going to do everything we can to prevent that from happening again. david: of course, hogan, a lot of americans are looking at or thinking back to the afghanistan withdrawal where our commander-in-chief did not listen to his military advisors telling him not to give up the bagram airbase and a lot of other things that he didn't do, he thought he could do on his
4:46 pm
own. again the question of credibility. are we in a situation where we might have an emergency and we don't have a dom mander in -- commander-in-chief that we trust? >> he just didn't listen lied about that he never got the advice at all. only later we found out he shouldn't do it the way he did it and he was hell-bent on the withdrawal. look at polls, when joe biden's popularity, anger with his policy it started to really show in all the poll numbers because the truth matters to the american people, you're absolutely right. it is transparency, lack of it from this administration they claim to be the most transparent. there is no accountability from this administration even though they get caught in lies time after time, the american people are suffering because of though policies. katie pointed it out that they precontinued these things are not happening but they are because of joe biden and his
4:47 pm
policies. american people see that. they're upset. they're frustrated. why you see people like donald trump ahead of joe biden in head-to-head match up for president of the united states because this is what we feel out here. the white house is trying to say, no we spin it better the american people won't feel as inkry, they won't feel the brunt of economic burdens we placed on them but no amount of spin can fix what the american people know in their hearts, know in their pocketbooks, feel every single day has been caused by this administration. david: katie, finally, we used to have the expression of the loyal opposition. there was a certain respect for the other side as much as they would fight and politics has never been bean bag, it is serious stuff, but there was a loyal opposition. nowadays do we have that sound bite from joe scarborough? we do. let me play that sound bite from joe scarborough talking about trump. roll tape. >> he will imprison, he will execute whoever he's allowed to
4:48 pm
imprison, execute, drive from the country. just look at his past. it is not really hard to read. again the only thing that stood between him and the destruction of american democracy, was the federal judiciary. david: all right. we basically run out of time, katie, what is your reaction to that. particularly what you think of used to be called the loyal opposition. >> it is completely unhinged. they're panicking because trump is beating biden in a lot of these polls on issues that matter to every american. finally it is projection. the left under barack obama, under. president biden: joe biden, barack obama did it as well, are ewing justice department to go after parent and families. weaponizeed the government against their political opponents. pure projection it was to say trump would do those things, quite literally the department of justice is doing it right now. david: katie, hogan, great stuff. thank you for, hire have a

i said, "yeah, whatever. there's no way this works like this." and threw it to the side. a couple weeks later, i seen it again after getting not so pleasant news from my physician. i was 424 pounds, and my doctor was recommending weight loss surgery. to avoid the surgery, i had to make a change. so i decided to go with golo and it's changed my life. when i first started golo and taking release, my cravings, they went away. and i was so surprised. you feel that your body is working and functioning the way it should be and you feel energized. golo has improved my life in so many ways. i'm able to stand and actually make dinner. i'm able to clean my house. i'm able to do just simple tasks that a lot of people call simple, but when you're extremely heavy they're not so simple. golo is real and when you take release and follow the plan, it works.
4:54 pm
david: joining me now is gregg jarrett, fox news legal analyst, author of, the constitution of the united states and other patriotic documents. gregg, we obviously still don't know what happened up north but what which do know the fbi has been on so many wild goose chases recently, going aftra additional catholics, going after school board members, saying white supremacy was the biggest question or biggest threat to the united states, not what might have happened up north. can you blame americans for being skeptical right now? >> not at all. you would have to be a fool or an idiot to trust our government and i say that reluctantly and sadly because trust is earned and yet our government, its agencies, the doj, the fbi, our intel agencies have squandered that trust and it is precisely what john adams wrote about. it is included in my book. he warned of unprincipled,
4:55 pm
unscrupulous men if left unchecked would become ravenous beasts of prey and would destroy our constitutional republic and undermine our cherished freedom. 200 years later we saw the warning come to fruition. we saw it in the russian hoax and they're running a protection racket for the bidens. david: whether the chief envoy of iran was sharing information with the masterminds of terrorism, with iran itself. rob malley was a chief envoy to iran, now suspended because of his misuse of intel documents. you have only 10 seconds. go ahead. >> yeah, that is probably the tip of the iceberg. we have seen that kind of lawlessness, almost endem being in our own agencies that as i say, squandered our trust.
