release sets you up for successful weight loss because it supports your blood sugar levels between meals so you aren't hungry or fatigued. after i started taking release, the weight just started falling off. since starting golo and taking release, i've gone from a size 12 to a 4. before golo, i was hungry all the time and constantly thinking about food. after taking release, that stopped. with release, i didn't feel that hunger that comes with dieting. which made the golo plan really easy to stick to. since starting golo and release, i have dropped seven pant sizes and i've kept it off. golo is real, our customers are real, and our success stories are real. why not give it a try? david: a college volleyball player refused to stay silent as transgender athletes compete in women's sports. macy petty says biological men

aren't just taking the place of female@ lets but putting them -- female athletes but putting them at risk of career-ending injuries. volleyball can be a dangerous sport. there's spikes that can hurt you. there was a woman player in california, i believe it was, who was hit by a spike by a player who identifies as a female but is a biological man, that woman now can't play anymore because of the injury; right? >> that's exactly right and saw something very similar in north carolina this. is very uncommon for volleyball but when you put men on the court with other female@ lets this can happen. david: have you seen that hop and been playing in a game where a player identifying as a female hurts another player? >> i haven't had to experience the straw ma of having to see a man just, i mean, hurt a female athlete and everyone stand by and watch and let it happen.

i've had to play against a male athlete. thankfully no injuries occurred, but it was in front of college scouts so our scripts were at risk. asker scholarships were at risk. david: there's 12 scholarships at this one university and one of them is going to be going to a transgender athlete? i mean really seems like they're eating into women's sports, these new rules. david: they absolutely are. there's a lot of money in sports, you know that, and these coaches, their jobs are dependent on them winning and if there's no rules from the ncaa there has to be a female that occupies this female scholarship spot and they're going to go out and recruit whoever is going to win and unfortunately because of biological advantages, they're going to go out and recruit men. david: macy, it takes guts to stand up against the status quo. i imagine you're learning that right now, but are you supported by your female teammates? do they mostly agree or what? >> yes, i'm with an organization

called young women for america and they've offered so much support for female athletes and overwhelming support for female athletes for this message, but that can be a very lonely place to be with ruling authorities turning a behind eye to this blatant discrimination and it's been encouraging to see organizations like young women for america that will support and stand up for female athletes. david: what would you like the ncaa to do about all this? what kind of rules would you like to see be put in place? >> well, you know it's quite simple, charlie baker doesn't need me to explain to immigration judges why female athletes need their own spaces. he knows that and has girls that have played in sports. but unfortunately he is championing female athletes, there's no policies in place to ensure that these increased visibility and increase scholarships and increased il opportunities are actually for femaling and i'm asking him to clarify the rules that girl sports are for girls only. david: you've seen what happened

to other women sports figures and riley gains that spoken out as you are. they've received a lot of criticism, sometimes threats, sometimes personal threats. riley gains had a situation where she was held up in a room in order to avoid being god know whats by a bunch of very violent protesters? anything like that happen to you like that? >> taking precautions and for nerve nucleus personally most of the backlash is from people hiding behind screens and just through social media, which i'm very thankful for, but there's usually very good circuit court teams at events making sure we're protect and something i'm very grateful for but in the past, sometimes security teams let ideological barriers stand in the way of protecting speakers on college campuses. david: is this going to be, is this something that will stick

with you even after you're out of women's sports where you're going to stand up for this, unless there's a change in policy? >> you know, i will never stop supporting female athletes. i'm very thankful for the voice that the lord has given me and the convictions he's placed on my heart and so even after i am i out college, you know, college sports transformed my life and gave me so many st stunts and that's something i want to protect for the jeb rations to come. generations to come. david: macy, thank you for being here. best of luck to you. david: now time for the monday trivia question. which of the follow is not the name of one of santa's reindeer, vixso, dasher, dancer, prancer? the answer when we come back?
