line, we'll find you. there should be something to know what out of line actually is. stuart: know the rules and get on with it. thanks, mike. stuart: former girlfriend of sam bankman-fried will face sentencing from a judge this afternoon. kelly o'grady outside of the courthouse in lower manhattan. possible she could walk away without any jail time? >> absolutely possible, stuart. the reason being she was the star witness in the sam bankman-fried trial. she was really key in getting that conviction for the prosecution. now, remember sam bankman-fried was sentenced to 25 years behind bars but originally he was facing up to 110. that is the same sentence facing caroline ellison today and her team is looking for no jail time with a supervised release of three years and now both sides, they're actually on the same page. they're both pushing for leniency. the prosecution even wrote a memo of support calling her cooperation "not only substantial but exemplary".
