joining us fight for schools executive director ian prior, this guy reportedly threatened to kill a fellow student he was arrested for carrying a gun at blue ridge middle school, the school board shut this down because of his privacy? >> i think what you see with the loudoun county school board which is different than the last loudoun county which largely did the same thing with the sexual assault at least they didn't shutdown public comment they use federal law as a sword into shield, that is the federal law, they say the school cannot release personal identifiable information about a student, he says nothing about the general public added public, at a school board meeting discussing his bid in the news even if it did apply i'm not sure affiliation with ms 13 is personal identifiable information that would be prohibited by law, what you see here is the school system they
