a dicey game. goes without saying that anything could happen but you can follow the trends and now the trend is toward a trump win. this poll shows trump with an 11 point lead with latino voters, that's a reversal from 2,020. look at this, the same poll shows trump with 17% of the black vote. shares get 72%. sound like a big advantage for harrison so it is but trump is making the gains among blacks that have not been achieved before. if harris cannot dominate the black and hispanic vote she cannot win the swing states and cannot win the presidency. look at this. 15 million people have already voted. new york times say democrats dominate male voting but republicans are gaining. that an important point. democrats advantage in early voting is shrinking the. the momentum is with trump.

what blessed the market, divided government? >> it is a fallacy. i think especially this year we have to separate fact from feeling. and divided government nothing happens but back to 1950, full power does better by one full percentage point but at the end of the day it is basically the same. i said this for a long time. seems every four years i say politics had nothing to do with it. a joint research department, not fiscal policy but monetary policy. it is not cutting taxes or raising taxes but what the fed does. that is what we think happens yet again this time. stuart: the imf raised its

forecast for america's growth rate in the economy. they've grown 3.5% gdp. raise that to 4% and surely that means interest rates cannot come down. >> what is happening is typically historically when the fed cuts after a prolonged period of raising rates and doing nothing the interest rates in terms of 10 year treasury always go up. maybe this is the october surprise but at the end of the day this is about inflation and unemployment. inflation continues to go down. it is still high but over the next year we are going to get the fed target of 2%. thate biggest mistake that investors could be making is following fed funds futures, very aggressive interest rate cuts. we don't think there will be as much. we think there's a likelihood the fed will cut one more time.
