she's off. she's off. who the hell takes off 14 days left? and she will take a couple more days off too. you know why she's lazy as hell and she's got that reputation. liz: whoa two weeks ago and a new nbc report, high anxiety, top kamala campaign insiders afraid trump is breaking through the democrat blue wall, and three top battleground states a congressman from one of those states for pennsylvania congressman here to react. also, tonight, the self-described knuckle head is back. >> you can tell my grammar is not always correct. i'm a knuckle head at times. liz: okay, kamala harris' runningmate tim walz now claims trump "disrespected" macdonald's workers after trump worked the drive-thru there. this is the same governor tim walz who let seven major us fast food chain stores burn to the

ground during the 2020 riots, caroline leavitt is here to take that on and also tonight kamala harris' campaign says she's flip flopping back to her original ban on fracking, and pausing and not expanding us and oil & gas drilling. this right as russia, iran, china, and the brics push a new world order built on their energy dominance to wipe out the almighty us dollar. that will worsen inflation. plus this story. >> it's time to stop the lies. stop the hoaxes. stop the smears. stop the lawfare and the fake lawsuits against me. liz: okay, the house judiciary transcript is out. former georgia fulton county special prosecutor nathan wade drops revelations no one was talking about or knew about proving lawmakers worst fears about lawfare court

attacks against trump. tonight attorney horris cooper takes it on but first this. nbc news now reports insiders inside the kamala harris campaign are talking that trump will crack the democrat blue wall. that trump could win wisconsin, michigan, pennsylvania, but michigan and wisconsin will fall to trump. that would mean that even if harris secures pennsylvania, according to nbc, she would not reach the necessary 270 electoral college votes to win the white house. joining us now, from house financial services, pennsylvania congressman dan meuser. it's good to see you, congressman. what do you make of this? nbc cites three anonymous sources who know about kamala's strategy. what is happening inside pennsylvania right now? >> well great to be with you, liz. well, we're surging. we really are. the trump campaign, dave mccormick campaign, other statewides, our congressional campaigns we're working in

parallel, all rolling the same direction. we have slightly different messages, but it's all about the same. it's all about strengthening our economy. it's all about border security. it's all about strengthening our national security. it's about advancing pennsylvania. it's about controlling inflation, making things more affordable. it's about fracking and it's about energy policy. i mean it all makes so much common sense that the common man, if you will and the congressman woman, and everybody else out there is saying, you know, this is a good plan. this is a future i can believe in and kamala and walz can't come up with anything new. they both said, well we can't think of anything right now. maybe we'll put a republican in the cabinet that's a big great new idea. so, they are offering nothing. i'll just say this real quick too. the lies. i just was just in my car, and a radio ad, i'm telling you was 99% completely fictitious, completely false, completely fake by -- liz: do voters know that?
5:05 pm
what were they lying about? do voters know that? >> yeah, no. about trump on social security, somehow he's going to end social security meanwhile he wants to eliminate the taxes on social security on how he's got national sales tax that they are talking about, about abortion, that he's going to have a national ban on abortion. all complete utter lies and they know it. they got nothing else. liz: the propaganda is off the chain. it's off the hook this campaign season. the trump campaign is saying kamala took the entire day off today to prepare for two softball interviews. okay let's get to this. kamala harris held a town hall in michigan with liz cheney, but now the question is, did she have the questions ahead of time? because the moderator, maria shriver told the audience the questions were "predetermined" and town halls usually screen questions but the question is, did she know about and help with the questions? watch what happened.
5:06 pm
>> are we going to be able to -- >> you're not, unfortunately. we have some predetermined questions and i hope i'll be able to ask some of the questions that are in your head. did you ever think in your wildest dreams that you be running for president alongside liz cheney? how do you handle this , the anxiety, the stress, the turmoil? everybody's freaked out. do you sleep? >> what can you us do politically, economically, or militarily to deter russia from continuing its war on the independent nation of ukraine. >> back to the conversation about there was a time when we used to, there was a phrase that i'll paraphrase that basically politics ends at the boundaries of our country, that there are certain things particularly matters of national security where it's not about partisanship. it's about where should america stand? in terms of supporting our allies, and standing for certain
5:07 pm
principles. liz: okay, that actually was turned into a five minute word salad question answer rather, five minute answer on russia. the big problem for voters is do we want, let me backup. it's this. do we want word salads in the situation room when we're dealing with russia, china, and iran? she's vice president also. why didn't she fix things now? and now you see this report out of the hill. now the hill newspaper ran out a column saying democrats are wondering if she should have stuck it out with joe biden. doesn't trump routinely take random questions? voters want to know what she really thinks but if she knew the questions in advance she simply again is doing talking points. there's no opportunity to find out who she really is and how she will respond to situations on the fly. >> yeah. i'm surprised she didn't start by saying she grew up in a middle class family. look trump is always taking questions.
5:08 pm
i was out at a town hall with him in lancaster just the other day. incredible level of questions. he was going all day and then on monday morning shows and all kinds of things from fox to whoever will have him, so look. they want trump and j.d. vance want america to know them and know what they will do and walz and harris are desperately trying to make sure they don't know who they are and what they will do. liz: congressman, finish your thought go ahead. >> i was just going to say people get what they vote for. we really got to look at this. it's not just whose on the ballot but what's on the ballot and whose going to deliver the type of america we're looking for versus a really radical individual who couldn't state that jesus was lord for crying outloud. they were in the wrong rally. liz: got it, congressman, thanks for joining us, dan meuser, good to see you. trump and harris battling it out today for the latino vote.

trump hosted a round table with latino voters at his golf club in florida in a suburb of miami and talking in just an hour in north carolina. let's get to one of the best journalists in the country breaking news on the space and the border crisis and he's fox news bill melugin standing by live at the scene in greensboro, north carolina, with the latest. bill, good to see you. reporter: hey, liz, good to see you as well. former president trump is on his way here to north carolina right now going to have a rally in greensboro later on tonight. the arena is starting to fill in but as you mentioned he was in florida where he was trying to connect with latino voters. take a look at this video in miami earlier today. donald trump hosting a round table discussion with latino voters and latino business leaders. that's a group he's really been trying to win over during this election cycle. some of the themes he talked about today the border and the economy. two themes he hammered during

that discussion. take a listen. >> she was the border czar for three and a half years and now she said whether she is or not she was in charge of the border. that's loud and clear. she never once called the border patrol. the border patrol by the way five days ago endorsed me which is something there. >> [applause] reporter: and take a look at this the latest fox news polling shows trump is only down five points amongst hispanic voters against kamala harris. you take a look at how that compares to 2020 when president biden won that same demographic by nearly 30 points so trump is making some serious in roads with those hispanic voters and back out here live trump's rally is set to kickoff within the next two hours and this is his fourth campaign event in the tarheel state just since yesterday so this is a battle ground state. he is hammering as we are now two weeks left until election day. liz we'll send it back to you. liz: bill melugin, wonderful to
5:11 pm
see you on the show thanks for joining us. okay, voters are now making their choice between two candidates agendas and their records. the hispanic vote is key, and now kamala harris will participate in a pre-recorded interview tomorrow. joining us now, former texas congresswoman and current congressional candidate myra flores. can you tell us what is happening with the hispanic vote? trump has cut in half the democratic advantage with hispanics down to we're just seeing down to five points of the fox news polling, and other polling is down to just 12 points. >> well it doesn't surprise me, kamala harris did nothing for the hispanic community as a senator. she did absolutely nothing for us as a vice president, so we're not going to be fooled and we're not going to be supporting her and her fellow policies for another four years. she's destroyed the economy. she's destroyed the border. why would we want that for another four years? we want a strong economy.
5:12 pm
we want to be able to take care of our children and our families, and our values also resonate more with president trump. he stands on faith, family and hard work, and that is who we are. liz: okay let's listen to the mayor of miami, florida, francis suarez pushback in a cnn host. hispanic voters are really upset about the border crisis as it hits their communities. border officials warn the border is in a state of collapse and criminal traffickers and a lot of time is dominating the border. watch this. >> are you saying that there is more concern about the border and border security than there is about what the mass deportations trump has promised might look like? >> law-abiding hispanics care more about having a prosperous future for themselves and their children than about people in this country illegally. so i think there's a misperception that all they care about is immigration and i think that's something that is frankly

somewhat racist. liz: what do you say? final word. >> well-said, mayor suarez. he said it right. we care about a stronger economy and we support immigration. i immigrated to this country, we do but we support legal immigration, big difference. liz: got it, congressman myra flores, good to see you. >> good bless you. >> she's sleeping right now. she couldn't go on the trail. you think when you have 14 days left you wouldn't be sleeping. she's not doing anything today. we've gone 52 days in a row and i'm going 14 more days and we're going to have a big victory party. liz: coming up we'll show you where the candidates stand in the battleground swing states right now. whose got the clearest path to victory? and now, reports coming in, even the los angeles times will not endorse any candidate. that's in california. that's kamala harris' home state. voters are asking how can you believe a candidate whose done

5:22 pm
kamala harris' runningmate attacking former president trump for his campaign stop at a mcdonald's outside philadelphia and then you heard from governor walz's wife who said yes it was a touch stone moment abdomen she smelled the burning tires through the window. this is the same governor tim walz who let certain fast food chain stores burn to the ground during those riots. talking reportedly 1,500 businesses and homes burned as well. joining us now, trump 2024 national press secretary karoline leavitt. okay, so, it's a pleasure to see you again. so we found it was stores like let's show it again, wendy's arby's domino's and he's criticizing trump for going to mcdonald's. >> [laughter] that's right. governor tim walz who let mcdonald's and other small businesses literally burn to the ground in massive protests across the city of minneapolis when he could have easily restored law and order and kamala harris is also criticizing president trump for his visit to mcdonald's when
5:23 pm
she has been a disaster for small businesses across the country over the past four years. small businessm under kamala harris has hit a record low under president trump, it was at a record high, and that's because small businesses, middle class workers know they had more money in their pockets when president trump was in office and that's why the american people loved his visit to mcdonald's. it was wildly successful. it received wall to wall media coverage and attention and it went viral on social media and it's pretty laughable to be honest with you to see the liberals and the kamala harris campaign melting down over retail politics. this is what campaigns are supposed to do. nobody does it better than president trump. and kamala harris is taking the day off from the campaign trail today. liz: we've got to move on. we're seeing reports out of tim walz's old minnesota congressional district. they are not inviting walz back to campaign. voters there say he's become more radical. trump when he won in 2016 he actually flipped walz's home district red and that
5:24 pm
practically chased walz out of congress after walz almost lost his re-election bid that year in 2016. walz only won re-election by about two points and at that point he decided to run for governor instead. so, trump had flipped walz's home district red in 2016. that congressional district doesn't want to invite him back to campaign. watch tim walz's mistakes. he claims he speaks from the heart. we're not sure how lying comes straight from the heart but here it goes, watch. >> [applause] >> so much missed truth in our politics and so many lies. can't there be no grey area and how would you convey to voters there may be a trust issue? >> i think being a teacher and a coach i speak from my heart and honestly in the moment. howie: didn't he claim he was in war and he saw combat claimed he was in hong kong during the massacre when he wasn't? he also compared dick cheney to

taylor swift. so what do you make of his explanations for lying? >> it's another lie. tim walz should own up to the lies that he has told in the past. they aren't coming from the heart. it's not because he's a teacher. that's utterly absurd. it's because he is a lying phony politician just like his runningmate kamala harris who has lied about every single policy position she's ever held. she's now doing another flip flop on fracking. her campaign admitted the quiet part saying she will not expand new oil drilling after she's promising to expand -- liz: we've got more information coming in. politico is reporting walz went on a podcast and slammed union members for not backing harris and for going to trump. listen to this sound. >> yeah, and rank-and-file union members one thing. look the leadership in unions is more political than what i'm doing. they have to cover their butt on their things, and i'm as frustrated as you are on this , will, but the one thing i think about you wonder what happened. i think some of it is how we

york post politico reporter john levine. caroline what do you make of the state of the race now? >> well, liz, kamala harris press tour fell flat on its face and all of her appearances only made the american people like her less, so the bubble of this fake enthusiasm that was manufactured by the media is finally deflating and this race is coming back down to earth. it's coming back down to the issues, which is the economy, and the border crisis. most americans agree that the country is on the wrong track and this is probably wyatt why at this final stretch of the race. liz: that's wild, john, what do you make of this? the l.a. times will not endorse for president anyone. this is the first time in 20 years. "the l.a. times" is in harris' home state of california. voters say how can you believe a candidate who has done nothing to fix america's problems for four years is suddenly capable of fixing everything?

>> i think the decision by "the l.a. times" reflects the individual decision of the leadership of the l.a. times, the owner, so i don't know that it speaks to the paper at large. i think most of the staff there would love to endorse kamala but as caroline said it's not all the polls and all the swing states you showed are one, two points but if you go into cross tabs and look at the individual issues, whose better on the economy, whose better on the border? trump is winning these issues by 10, 15, 20 points in all the polls i've ever seen. the only issue where she regularly beats him among the primary issues is abortion, and whether that's going to be enough to hinge her whole campaign and save her i don't know but it seems to be slim to read. liz: so john just said bloomberg reports kamala, biden, democrats, caroline, they are wrong to say inflation is going down. the government leads out of the cpi inflation measure a boatload of costs, home insurance, health insurance, things like college tuition, property taxes, interest charges on loans, people feel that. so it's interesting to watch
