my question, obvious question, are higher rates on treasury yields going to kill this market rally? >> absolutely not. this is just a normalization. that's kind of contrarean to say. if you think about what happened when the fed started cutting rates, everyone aggressively bought bonds and sent yields down thinking it was the last chance to get higher yields and what's happened since? the economy has done very well and job market has held up and now the fed has been very deliberate about saying we'll have a measured cut from here. i think this is just the bond market getting in line so they expected a really steep decline in interest rates from the fed and now it's going to be a much more gradual decline. stuart: 4.25% for the all important ten year yield. going to 450, don't think it's series? >> starting to scare people out and seeing this here. we're leveling out and this is just above 4 range and see what the fed does before the election and again in december. stuart: what about the big tech rally? it's moving forward a little bit. inching forward. >> yeah, really popular to say
