harris spent $650 million pretty much trying to introduce herself and demonizing trump, trump spent $378 million, raise so much more money just like hillary did so half the amount of money, the result is that kamala's negatives increased. people liked her less the more money she spent exposing herself to him. trump became rosier. he spent half the amount of money talking about the issues, his approval rating for his presidency backward looking has increased. people are giving him backward look benefit, it was pretty good in his approval ratings have also increased so the more she is exposed whether it is through ads or town halls or interviews the less people like her which is why she tried the basement strategy.

it with hunter either but the father probably pardons him. let's see what happens but he is a bad boy. stuart: former acting attorney general matthew whitaker joins me now. why would trump think about pardoning hunter biden? >> good morning. one of the reasons he would consider that is we've gone through a period of american history where the department of justice has been weapon eyes to, doing politically hot cases as really hurt the reputation of the department of justice. an olive branch might be a good idea for donald trump to consider that. no doubt what he said which is joe biden will pardon hunter biden as soon as this election is over and 11 days. i don't think that is a legit question ultimately for donald trump to consider. stuart: you think president biden would pardon hunter?

right after the election? >> 100%. this is his one living son. his one living son. put yourself in those shoes, obviously joe biden is drifting off into history and you would fully expect he would take advantage of the awesome executive order to pardon his own son. stuart: kamala harris was asked if she would pack the supreme court if elected. watch this. >> i appreciate you did acknowledge we are country faced with problems and issues. with the supreme court being plagued, would you be in favor of expanding the court to say 12? >> no question the american people are losing confidence in the supreme court. in large part because of the behavior of certain members of the court and certain rulings including the dobbs decision. i believe there should be some kind of reform of the court and we can study what that looks like.

stuart: if democrats don't get the ruling they want and they like for the supreme court, they try to change the court. my question, would voters accepted that? >> i don't think voters would accept to that and she is wrong, a lot of americans believe the supreme court is the last chance to get it right. their job is not to score cheap political partisan points but to get the law are right. if you look at the decisions that have come out whether it is dobbs or epa versus west virginia and so many other cases they said what the law is and it is the congress and executive branch to figure out how to follow the law and the constitution. this is a very dangerous plan and she said the quiet part out loud, if democrats get power this november, they will pack the court. fdr tried to do it. it was politically unpopular to say the least but it is the wrong thing to do. they have to win hearts and minds. they have to win the court of
