official announcement about senator marco rubio and a source familiar tells fox news he's been tapped for the most important -- big important job as secretary of state. rubio of course is vice chair of intel. he's well liked and respected by republicans and democrats. in fact, he might get resounding bipartisan support for his conversation. with huckabee, rubio and mike waltz in place as national security adviser, trump has three staunch israel supporters in place and china hawks as well. trump is beefing up the national security and two sources are telling us south dakota governish kristi noem will lead the department of homeland security. we're waiting for defense secretary and very important decision and treasury secretary and that's a big one, john paulson, a huge hedge fund manager billionaire has now removed himself from that race. larry. larry: all right, aishah. thanks very much for the update.

we appreciate it. so, folks, only nutty democrats would be dumb enough to oppose president trump's deportation plan, and that's the subject of the riff. just before the election, the acting chief of joe biden's ice released a letter to republican texas congressman tony gonzalez that said this, over 662,000 migrants with criminal records have been caught and then released into the country. but there's more. over 15,000 of them were murders convicted in their home countries. hang on, more. 16,000 have been convicted of sexual assaults. and even that's not it. other crimes included 100,000 assaults, 70,000 drug violations, 90,000 invasions of privacy, and 16,000 weapons offensive.
4:04 pm
the tip of insights and numbers and bigger hat tip to president donald trump for applauding former ice director tom homan as his new border czar who intends to make goods on mr. trump's promise deportation plan. but there's even more. last year ice reported as of september 30, 2023, there was 1,292,830,000 in the u.s. illegally who have had full legal due process. have received a final deportation order from immigration judge and he's still here r for the past fiscal year 2024, estimates grown to 1.6 million and with all these extraordinary numbers of crime, sex, drug trafficking including the fentanyl epidemic including over 300,000 lost kids and routine criminal gang attacks on police all over the country, you've still got crazy democrats

4:06 pm
added section 287g to the original immigration and nationality act. that authorized ice to work with state and local law enforcement to identify and remove incarcerated criminal noncitizens that undermine the safety of our nation's community and the integrity of u.s. immigration laws. okay. plus, under 212f of the immigration and nationally act, the president of the united states has the authority to suspended ands pend the entry of certain noncitizens who the president finds would be debt remittal to the -- detrimental to the interest of the united states. despite howling from the usual liberal sources, mr. homan is likely to implement the deportation operation with common sense. earlier this week he mentioned his priority will be public safety and national security threats as well as illegals who have had due process.
4:07 pm
last month on 60 minutes, mr. homan said i've read it all and it's ridiculous and mr. trump welcomes immigrants to the u.s. so long as they are legal. the president has said those that graduate from u.s. colleges should get green cards and wants the u.s. to be a mammoth for the smartest people in the world. think of a couple million more elon musks legally entering our boarders. and president trump can build on his legal immigration reform and from his first term and the role is blocked by democratic congress. but when you think about the last four years, at least 10 million illegals crossing our borders and perhaps the greatest crime and sex trafficking in our

history. you know full well that something has to be done. democrats that keep opposing criminal deportations or opposing remain in mexico are opposing finishing the wall and they're going to lose by even bigger margins in the next election. and that's my riff for tonight. pat fallon and pam bondi and cochair of api law and justice senter and tram adviser senter and, pam, what did i get wrong? i'm citing laws and you're a lawyer, former attorney general. 287g, 212f, we looked that the months and months and months ago and you were part of these conversations on the show and i don't care, sanctuary cities or not, these laws are like -- would allow, i think issue the president to implement a deportation plan. what do you think?

4:10 pm
my point is doesn't federal law supersedes sanctuary city laws or in your judgment, pat fallon, are there ways around it? tom hoe handout said he'll send in -- tom homan said they'll send in double amount of all the crimes in violence and gangs and going for big blue lines getting hit by all the crazy gangs and going for them working with sanctuary cities versus what president trump wants? >> going for them and the bottom line and it's the bottom line going for them and corporating with the federal government and enforce law going with tom homan and security border and it's on
4:11 pm
the line. sounds like going after criminals first and terrorists and going for them with national security threat from china and seeps to me that homan will exercise a good deal of common sense and also i might add, mr. trump said like wise this idea of concentration camps is utter nonsense and have you talked to homan and the president and what's their intent, pam bondi? >> i've not talked to them about this and president trump wants legal people in this country. it's like saying we have a murder and armed robber and we're going to harbor in the state and you can't get to them.
4:12 pm
that's not the law of the land. despite what any governor says, the federal authorities will have the authority to come in and remove them and as you said, i can't see any state or local police officers trying to harbor any fugitive and you're a fugitive if you're an illegal alien d in this country, you cannot be here without permission and that's law of the land when president trump is back in office. larry: all right, well said, both of you. congressman pat fallon, thank yous, pam bondi, we appreciate it. moving right along, different subject. you're very much in everyone's eyesight and holding this con treens tonight and you're going to fire questions at other republicans and senators fire questions at, let's see, rick scott, number one, not number one rick scott and going for

heard my name! i swear to god, kevin! -we told you to wait in the car. everyone in my old squad has xfinity. less lag, better gaming! i'm gonna need to charge you for three people. larry: joining us now is judy shelton, senior fellow at the institute and ej antoni, tony antoni. you said this on another network that i really like it had. inflation for 40 years and no one fired at the fed. now, 19% of them going for democratic campaigns and i'm sure it's just a coincidence. larry: congress oversight going for them and the senators are afraid of their own shadow. why is it. how can no one be fired and going for the institute and regulatory body and going for them and the worst performance in 40 years and by the way,
4:52 pm
still, the pce deflater 12 month change and stops firing and going for them on the line. >> it's not the chairman, that's for sure. i think there's a difference between a statement from the fed and this statement he makes into the chairman and price stability is of the federal reserve. responsibility is not the same as accountability and they didn't pay a price and meanwhile all of the people who have incurred the inflation going for the last purchasing power and going for them going with a fed that takes the target and even the policy of deliberately
4:53 pm
reducing your purchasing power 2% a year and forcing for the convenience of the fed and forcing you to have to renegotiate cost of living adjustments and everyone has to had think and plan their lives in terms of inflation-adjusted numbers and i really welcome this debate we're now having and not just about sound finances but sound money. larry: it's not quite mr. trump firing jay powell. that's not what he's saying. it is a question of to your point and who's replacing the purchasing power of middle and lower income people and it's the biggest chunk of this country. the well to do have many ways around this and you know folks do not lower income working folks do not, minorities do not and it's the big, big, big issue in this recent campaign and ej,
4:54 pm
i think it's not so much getting rid of jay powell and all the same kinds of legalistic and who's responsible and accountable and by the way, i know you've known a million times and it was congress that created federal reserve and it was congress that was originally given the power and authority to set the ballot of money and we never blame congress either. >> what's really interesting, larry, reading the original text of the constitution and it's clear of what the founders and i congress is forbidden from doing what the fed does today and having a current seizure disorders that's backed by absolutely nothing and congress was authorized as you said to create a currency with precious metal backing and how much precious metal backed by and what they've done is essentially create an enty that does what they themselves are forbidden from doing. in the lie, i believe it's called a cat's paw and unconstitutional for congress to
4:55 pm
create and another entity to do that for congress to do that. larry: art 1 section 8 regulating the value of money over some such thing and whatever the means, we don't have a thereof anymore. that's the problem. you can choose something but they don't ever stick to it. tony antoni. one other thing. corporate tax receipts are running, wait for this, 100 billion above where the congressional budget office cbo said they'll run seven years ago. they're running 100 billion. why believe the cbo again or the joint tax committee. we shouldn't for the exact same reason we shouldn't believe any of these economists are saying another trump term causing run away inflation and they're the same ones that said a biden presidency would cause no inflation with all the run away spending. clearly they've been wrong before and been wrong again. larry: 100 billion. 100 billion mistake on revenues and stop the tax law because of
4:56 pm

larry: just want to repeat this, 911 % -- 911% of the federal -- 91% of the federal reserve donations in the last election went to democrats. think about that. and then think about many other things in life like inflation and interest rates and who really runs the country. and let's just let liz macdonald run the whole show right now, it's all hers. elizabeth: on that uplifting
