he's a fairly misleading guy. you know the pictures of the 100 boxes, they didn't contain any classified documents. in the end he found 135 documents, put that in a folder, and it's an inch and a half. an inch and a half of one box. why did he keep showing the other boxes when he knew they weren't classified documents? probably 2000 people in washington that could have been the special counsel. there's a reason they went half way around the world to bring this guy in. he's just a hit man for the doj. liz: you know, axios is reporting when you look at what he's reporting that matt gaetz is about reforming the justice department, right? gaetz will do the dirty work on controversial legal topics. biden turned the doj to a hot bed of partisan prosecutors. mark, this lawfare, lawmakers say is egregious, unprecedented. they want to impeach trump did

plummeted 53% since october after trump won. you know and the other thing too is, brianna, 46% of women voters went for trump. that's a 3 point improvement since 2020. so the new york post asks it's nearly half of women voted for trump at minimum the view could find one woman to represent that perspective on the show and it also quotes abc source saying, well, abc executives aren't sure how they can move forward credibly with credibility since everyone at abc is on the same side as the view hosts. >> yeah, look. there are plenty of strong, smart conservative women out there and it's not going to be just one additional person on that panel. it needs to be a two or three addition of a conservative woman because four against one fight is simply not feral though plenty of women could hold their own. you mentioned msnbc, they did see a ratings spike, i believe, because people were tuning into see the meltdowns because they

said will be taken on by the new department of government efficiency. liz: that was a great report thank you so much. >> thank you. liz: okay, these reports that trump picked rfk jr. to head hhs, democrats have been tearing into trump's picks. he wants to dramatically overhaul hhs, the fda, abdomen dr. fauci's agency to make america healthy again. joining us now, nyu langone medical professor dr. marc siegel. what do you make of this story? the media and the left have been making fun of rfk jr. for a long time. >> well, they are making fun of him, i used to be on his radio show "ring of fire" and he was a tremendous host and brilliant guy and environmental attorney and one of the biggest problems we have in this country is that food is medicine, and food is not regulated at all. i mean, in fda stands for food, right? but how many times have you heard the delaney clause used

in the 1,950ers that says if food is a carcinogen it has to be banned but they never invoked that, liz, so food is loaded with chemicals. 75% of what's on our store shelves is ultra processed foods. it's connected to obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, sleep apnea and yes, cancer. so i'm very excited about the idea he may go after that first and second point is he may very well go after how big pharma gets a hold of, maybe a great biotech discovery, right? some little company makes, that's america. but big pharma gets it in phase iii trials, and starts provoking the fda. the cronyism comes out, pressure on the fda, and a lot of the fda still working from home, which is another thing. so the fda really needs to be pleased. it needs to be overhauled and the connection between big pharma and the fda has to be looked at very closely. liz: doctor, you make an important point. the european union says doctors

over there and scientists we've got 3,000 food additives they banned. it's triple what the eu allows they allow like 1,000. so say they ban 2,000. rfk jr. wants to devote half of the budget to researching nutritional healthcare, get medicaid and medicare to cover that, so when you see him talking about that, when you hear each scientist around the world saying our food supply is literally making americans sick and what happens is we make people sick with the food supply, then we come in on the back end with drugs to fix it. that's the pipeline. >> exactly. it's a sick care system and the companies all benefit off that too, because you're going to pay more for a premium if you know you need it on the other end when you get a disease that could be preventable. we're not actually reimbursing for exercise are we? there's no tax breaks for exercise or sleeping well or eating right. it's always a pill. it's always a pill to fix some problem that maybe you didn't need in the first place and what about generic drugs by the way?

so what do you make of this even kamala's senior staffers leaking and talking about this , so really tearing into the mismanagement here and this is a person who wanted to run a government that's already $36 trillion in debt? >> liz, the pandemonium has certainly set in within the democratic party, and the non-profit groups that align with it policy-wise. i mean, a lot of people are asking questions as to where the money went. a billion dollars raised and now around $20 million in debt, and according to these report, donors are fuming and they are wondering if their money made a difference and wondering why millions o dollars went to celebrities. one of the latest reports show that oprah winfrey's production company got a million dollars. this woman is a billionaire and she's looking for money for her production company from kamala harris' campaign when she has spoken out about donald trump and so many vicious ways?

why would you take money like that and so as you pointed out now again, they are asking their donors for more money sending out these e-mails trying to recoup what has been lost. liz: and people calling it disgusting and appalling inside kamala's campaign staff. i mean, if trump was so awful as they claim why didn't they just do it for free? we've said that weeks ago. why didn't they do it for free? another staffer is quoted saying they are flooded with complaints from democrat donors questioning how the party could say their credibility moving forward. i need to correct myself it was nbc whose breaking this story. the resist trump movement also is losing donors and the new york times is reporting that democrat donors are saying enough. we're not going to fund your lawsuits. we're not going to fund you suing the trump white house. we're tapped out. we don't have any more money for this. what do you think? >> it's a sensitive time to ask their donors for money. what they really need to do is diagnose the issue which is why the american people rejected
