stuff to indict it and anything indictable in the record and doj would have found it and gone after it. they dropped it and house going through it and there's a lot of hearsay and do you think senator thune will let him pass through the senate confirmation process and let him accept it? >> that's the way our constitution works and that's advising and confirming with the senate's responsibility and what i know matt gaetz is a member of the community and going for the best way i've seen in my time in congress and cross examining for the individual and going for head of doj and as i said before, he's not going to be going out and investigating moms and dads and showing up to protect their kids and getting their kids the right kind of education and not going to be engaged for this crazy thing and going for the last 8 to 10

years. david: president trump could bypass the senate with a recess appointment. we've seen it before and enacting the role as attorney general up to two years wouldn't be as good as being con if i wered by the senate. here's what "the wall street journal" editorial board said about doing something like that.
