donald trump will close the border and deport criminals. that is the subject of the rift. all eyes are back on the immigration issue as this horrible venezuelan gangster tragically killed laken riley was sentenced to life without parole for his vicious murder of the young nursing student. this illegal migrant murderer was caught crossing the border in 2022, quickly paroled and release into the countryside. one year later he was arrested in new york, charged with several crimes and released before i.c.e. could get a hold of him. by the way, he was flown down to georgia at taxpayer expense. this is not the first murder committed by an illegal immigrant, nor is it the first time liberal prosecutors and sanctuary cities have released illegal immigrant criminals. but, liberals never seem to learn.
4:06 pm
donald trump just won a landslide victory for one of the absolute top key issues with closing the border and stopping the flood of illegals. it was a mandate to change, yet, listen, some of these liberal whiners who insist on imposing trump's plan to deport criminals just listen to this. >> we will not be participated in this effort that harms our communities. it tears families apart. we are not, that is not going to happen on my watch. >> the idea of calling out the army into the domestic confines of the united states seems uncalled for and may in fact be unconstitutional and illegal. >> we are not cooperating with the efforts that actually threaten the safety of everyone by causing widespread fear. >> you know, the idea that trump will break up families or have military roam around cities or incarcerate grandmothers, all of

this is complete bogus stuff. has nothing to do with anything. any use of the military will be for nonenforcement duties like transportation or infrastructure or administration. the idea that liberals will sort of stand in the schoolhouse door or make it the city hall steps nowadays, they will stop mr. trump from deporting criminals is not only dumb politics, it is also on lawful. i am not the lawyer, but, first off, federal law, supersedes local law. second. section 287 g of the immigration and nationalization act allows i.c.e. enforcement and removal operations to identify and remove incarcerated criminal

non-citizens. it also permits i.c.e. and other immigration officials to collaborate with state and local law enforcement to protect the homeland through the arrest and removal of noncitizens who undermine the safety of our nations communities and, again, i want to repeat, federal law supersedes local law. now, mr. trump and mr. homan will undoubtably use these and other statutes to send terminals back home to stop the terrorists from coming here and to close the border. this is what he was elected to do. in a landslide. if liberals keep fighting it, they will just keep losing landslide elections. perhaps that is a great outcome. that is the rift. talking about this among other things, florida congressman byron donald, u.s. house claudia tenney. thank you to both of you.
4:09 pm
claudia, i'm not the lawyer, you are the lawyer. 287 g, 212 is another one. these are federal statutes. sections of the immigration and naturalization service act that expressly, expressly gives up federal authority to remove these criminals incarcerated or not, furthermore, federal law supersedes local law. these liberal whiners, i don't care, let them whine. they will just keep losing elections. probably other statutes that you can cite. >> you are absolutely right on the law. new york city passes law called the green light law under governor cuomo. sharing between local law enforcement and federal law enforcement to determine if they are illegal immigrants. it gives them the access to a drivers license. i will tell you, there is one

he will going to make sure he cleans up doj. you will see these people serving. all of those people are exactly what we are seeing in fema. only at a higher level with a lot more power. if matt does not work out, president trump will revisit that. that's the thing. not everyone works out. he could be a superstar. he could really do a great job. let them have the chance to do that. trump is a risk taker. but the people in the positions where you think they may have a shot and if they don't you move on. if they do, they do a great job. that is part of being a business you have to take risks. byron knows what it's like to be a businessperson. risk-taking is what it is about. this is why people went to president trump, this is why he got elected. >> linda mcmahon is going to be confirmed to be at she will make it, i am sure. god knows if they try to smear her. a very good friend of mine, a
